Of course.  Way more yards, and the NFL thought so as well.

Lol I hate to keep coming back and reminding y'all, but ya just keep the logical fallacies coming.

Tebow played his freshman year as a backup, helped them win a NC so it was worth it to burn a year as a backup.

The three years he did start passing yards averaged 2975, with 27.6 TD, rushed for an average 826 and 16.3 TD. Total average 3802 and 43.9 TD.

Colt best three years averaged 3561, with 27.6 TD, rushed for 467 and 6 TD. Total average 4028 and 33.6 TD.

Not exactly way more years. I will say Colt was a better pro QB though. Too bad he went to the browns

Im nobody. Ive been around for 20 years but havent tried to cultivate any kind of online character. I post if I have thoughts that I havent seen posted. I dont care if you remember that the same guy has thoughts in the Fort Worth thread or wherever else on here

You are the worst poster on this site. You offer nothing but lame trolling attempts that sidetrack whichever thread the board is unlucky enough to have you follow.  EG this current attempt to "gotcha" me about Jatavion Sanders playing time, like the 12 total tackles he accumulated his senior year negate the point that the dude has shown zero interest in playing defense or being the dominant pass rusher people here have projected him to be.

Do you feel like your bringing real value to this discussion? No, you're just being a fucking cocksucker.  Unless you're like actually mentally slow or something in which case I apologize for engaging you.

How do we go about removing any association between aggy and the State of Texas?  Remove all state funding and make them stop using the name of the state on any of their property or merchandise.  Totally disassociate with them.  They are an embarrassment to our state, and we need to disown them.

Force them to join three SEC and become a permanent over hyped bottom feeder with an over paid chicken shit loser head coach.

Paul, can you show me where the Longhorn touched you?

finnabum is BOOTY BLASTED lol he wants to go back to 2013 rather than the crazy close game to their all-time LSU national champion in 2019

Oh and Satan doesn't want to report to 15 billionaires every week, until we "clear that up"

where does he even get this shit lmao

finnabum also said Pruitt was going to bring Tennishit back to relevance.

  5. Durant

    Luka

    Curry

That's right now, but really over the next 4 years there's going to be a bunch of players that are better to build around. The struggle is that Lebron really isn't a "build around" guy he's actually the recruiter himself. He will get talent to come and join him, so he's valuable in that guys will want to come play for your team once you have Lebron. Same can be said about KD and Curry probably, but not really Luka. Luka just looks like he's a very solid Dirk-ish type of player that you can surround with some guys and make a run.

Colt has a national title as well if you’re going to use backup time for a claim.

ok I guess Colt  NC freshman redshirt year with 0 appearances 0 passes and 0 rushes

    vs

Tim NC freshman year playing every game as a gadget player (like how he will be used as a pro)

    22/33 for 358 yds, 5 TDs and 1 Int

89 rushes for 469 yds (5.3 avg) and 8 TDs

Anyway idiotic comparisons to Sam and Colt aside, I think the label as a TE is a smoke screen.

Tim will play wildcat and H-back.

People are actually bitching because so much media attention is going away from Trevor Lawrence to Tebow. Maybe that was actually part of the plan all along. Could be for the best to keep the spot light off a Rookie QB.

Either way, I hate Urban Meyer, but I'm rooting for the Jags because I like Lawrence and it gives me two chances a year to root against the Toxins.

Imagine thinking Tebow is even close to VY and comparing the two to try and make a point. No one would say that about VY because he is one of the biggest game changers in college history. Tebow is galaxies away from what VY did himself.

Tebow wasn't even better than Colt McCoy and he's lucky he got to face Sam Bradford in that national championship game.

And no, he was not miles better than Sam. He played with a stacked team. And played for one of the great modern coaches. Sam played for fucking Tom Herman. Place Sam with those Florida teams and Urban and his staff and the same results will happen.

Tebow was a product of SEC/ESPN fellatio, great coach and a stacked roster on both sides. I don't even give a damn about his pro career career nor did I mention it.

lol I was at Texas during the Colt McCoy years and no, he wasn't better than Tebow. Seen them both live too. Tebow was an absolute monster. He would truck the opposing teams most intimidating linebacker like 2 plays into the game.

Also, 2 National Titles and a Heisman.

HOUSTON — During the question-and-answer portion of Steve Sarkisian’s appearance Wednesday at the Houston Touchdown Club, a gentleman sitting at one of the rear tables shouted, “Do Alabama football players ever go to class?” to the new Texas coach and former Crimson Tide offensive coordinator.

Sarkisian, in a dark blue coat, white dress shirt and burnt orange tie, paused to allow the initial chuckles from the roughly 250-member crowd to die down before dropping his best one-liner of the day.

“Well, yeah, all they have in Tuscaloosa is football and class,” Sarkisian quipped. “There ain’t shit else to do.”

It was one of a few humorous moments during Wednesday’s luncheon, Sarkisian’s first off-campus public event since taking over the Longhorns on Jan. 2.

After Texas controlled the game for 55 minutes and Coach Turtle turtled.

ISU is good. They deserve respect and I’m sure they will be in the mix for the CCG down the stretch. But the trip to Ames is not some guaranteed L.

The only game where you have to concede a loss is likely is OU. They’re loaded this year, though of course, anything can happen in that game.

The rest of the schedule includes some good teams but nothing this Texas roster shouldn’t be able to navigate without three additional losses if coached well and not completely snake bit with regard to injury.

    Also Arkansas is ass.

Oh and ya go beat blowU in Dallas and in this piece of shit conference you have to replay them in jerrywhirld

ever buddy loves watching us play blowU over and over I guess

I am eagerly awaiting the looks they come up with...

I would laugh my ass off if we end up seeing some diamond with Rojo, Bijan, and Whittington ... and then pass out of it...

4th and 2 on the 6 yard line

Line up those three guys in the backfield

Designed roll out left and deepish fade to the ghost of Collin Johnson

Man he’s got a lot of hype and highlights from a pretty small number of games played and carries. With the right play calling and team around him, he’s gonna rip the Big XII a new asshole.

Can we call DKR “Mr Robinson’s Neighborhood” for a while (see Eddie Murphy for the youngins)?

I just realized it's still DKR stadium - just ECRW field. I thought it all changed lol.

There's also the thought (not sure how true this is) that Herman wanted to get out of the college game after flaming out here, or at least see if the NFL ranks suited him.

Probably a good idea if he doesn't believe in momentum. The NFL is also more suited for the "win by not losing" idea where execution and ball control trump big plays
