Lmao just look at majority of the team that stayed for it after the Tech game(a win) and look how many stayed after a loss(TCU- more stayed for that one and Oklahoma). It’s crazy how two losses in a row occur and they then choose not to stay for it.

Definitely something that makes you go hmmmmm

it’s literally lack of discipline and leadership from Herman down and it shows with these players attacking former players on Twitter.

they’re loud mouth front running bitches like Tom.

    Yep.

Win and everyone is elated and staying for the Eyes like against tech.

Lose and everyone goes to pout on Twitter and be offended by everything - leaving the QB by himself to stand for the Eyes. They are cowards.

I don't think firing the coach is going to change the culture of bitchassedness, but it can't hurt.

Chris Ash seems like he isn't scared to hurt someone's fee fees, let him finish up the season.

And what do the UT football players want to control about your life?

It wasn't the players idea, the players are endlessly staring at their phones. The phones are telling them everything around them is racist, because some purple hair xer traced the history of everything we do that brings us together, and find why it's racist. It's to tear us apart, and it worked.

They did this to the Gators too, banning gator bait chant because of a newspaper article from the 1800s. When in reality the chant was partially created by Lawrence Wright.

You have 3 yards to win the game or 25 yards and trying to stop them. It’s an easy call especially with ALL the momentum

Mensa doesn't believe in momentum. I think he's autistic. Anyway, we should get a real coach at some point and Herman can hold his binder somewhere else.

jfc surly... quit being surly for one second. He will right the ship

Just change the eyes of texas to some mumble rap bullshit that will work!

I think CDC is good too, but nobody wants to come to the cesspool in Austin and play in the big12.

All of those cute items don't mean shit if we are not winning. Fuck that soft ass approach. Personnel espresso machines?

When we were winning the team got grades and trim. They are young men. If that is not enough well....

Yeah no Im just saying because I'm familiar with the project. These guys (besides Sam) are all about Twitter and being wimpy bitches. They deserve a swift kick in the ass but instead will be coddled.

CDC needs to be fired.  I have zero confidence in him.  Fucking idiot gave him an extension after a 4 loss season.  Then gave him a whole new coaching staff when it was obvious he wasn't a good coach.  Meanwhile, we continue to keep Shaka Smart.

I'm off the CDC band wagon.  Enjoy the new endzone.  I'm not stepping foot in DKR till everyone within  this program is fired.

The end zone is going to be pretty sweet. Also the locker rooms and meeting rooms and stuff are all going above and beyond top notch. The little details in everything are amazing.

But yeah I'm not wasting any money on UT or visiting Austin with my fam any time soon. Place sucks now.

It’s pretty obvious Sam is one of our best players and gives it his all on the field. I don’t think you can say that he is or isn’t a great leader without actually being in the locker room. I’ve never heard about the team disliking him at all. But you’d think a true leader would have at least some guys willing to follow him and sing the eyes. However it’s also possible that no one knew he was out there or that no one else knew the eyes was even going on.

It's just, you know, the thing the team comes together and does in a win or loss to show their respect for the University and the blessing to be able to play the game at this high level... Every game...

  8. So the Sam was the only one to stay on the field during the eyes of Texas thread got too many panties ruffled?

Every thread is crying about coaching and begging for that shit head Urban to come here (which will never happen), the one talking about the real issue - all the players except Sam have the Twitter mind virus - isn't allowed?

Our best season came we had methodical drives for points, but we didn't have any explosive plays. Now, it seems all we go for are the explosive plays and aren't happy just keeping chains moving.

Penalties play a role, but our offense is very boom/bust relative to 2018.

Something something take what the defense gives you.

Wanting this to be about your political biases is stupid. There was nothing wrong with the team having opinions and stating them on a major issue that concerns them. They're not losing because they care about other people off the field.

They're losing for football reasons. They're not soft; they're undisciplined. They're not stupid; they work in schemes that fail. They don't lack passion; they haven't been coached to control and apply that passion equally.

This pool of talented players is a mess, and I don't think it's because they'd be a mess no matter where they were playing. It's a football problem not a political one. Take your politics somewhere else, don't make yet another non political board your snowflake haven.

It is sad seeing only Sam out there. I'm not sure how to interpret it, but I won't run through my political filter, thank you very much.

I thought Herman was a good hire. If we get rid of him quickly, we will have a better foundation for the next guy than he got. His assistants were handcuffed by not having more time to introduce their systems, but that's just a footnote to seeing more of the same from the previous seasons.

Urban, Mullen, or Traylor for me. The sooner the better.

    Tldr
