  1. Here's what the 'Nerds' don't get. The two things you can't teach a QB are Accuracy and Arm Talent. Ewers can make throws that few others in CFB can and he looks to be accurate doing it so far. Like these dipshits think his first year in the offense as a redshirt freshman (age of a true freshman), and he should have command of the reads like a four year starter. Here's where these dipshits are lost, this is Ewers floor and he already look like one of the best QBs in CFB.
  2. How many more years are left on the contract?
  3. we won't know shit about the QB all week and I like that. I imagine that won't change until OU when Ewers magically plays. My guess is that Card, wright and roschon platoon until then. Is card really so injured he couldn't play again?
  4. I'm in Section 7 and it hits row 60 at about 1:30-1:45PM. The higher your row is the earlier you get shade
  5. As a hobby, I like to keep an eye on the secondary market for tickets for big UT games (RRS, Longhorn Bowl Games, etc); it seems like the secondary market for UT Bama is interesting. It's definitely a big game but prices look to be going down the closer we get to the game. My read is that alot of ticket holders who wanted to sell, aimed too high early on. That and the fact that much of the market doesn't think Longhorns have a chance has led to a softer market. There also doesn't seem to be an army of Bama fans snapping up tickets. If I recall correctly, the ND game in 2016 was much more in demand
  6. I tried right at 10am, got put in a virtual lobby which ended about 10 minutes later. Whatever tickets they made available sold out really quickly
  7. Views are great from upper deck, sideline is better than endzone but the sun is a bitch if it is hot
  8. I have sat in a similar section quite a few times. If it's like the last couple years it's hot as shit; take a hat, sunscreen and shades. During halftime, I'd grab a beer and go sit in the 'Creative Arts' hall to get some air conditioning, but I'm on the wrong side of 40.
  9. I had these same exact seats last year, the one saving grace being at the top of the stadium is the wind made it bearable. Lot of sun but with a steady breeze. Take a hat and sunscreen
  10. From the seating map, I think 13-15 would be cheaper. They are Tier 3 tix where 31 is Tier 2 I think.
  11. Finally a sane person with gravy on the fucking side. wtf would you order with gravy on the CFS? Cause you like soggy CFS?
  12. I met that guy at a bar in Austin! He worked in IT at one of my customers. Was not his GF/Wife
  13. no shit, wow I never remembered beer in the game and I was there in 2019. I must have been wasted
  14. No alcohol in the game, take a flask. They do let you exit at half-time to slam beers and then re-enter.
  15. Do you just call the box office? How do you request this? I much prefer the paper tix
  16. You can add seatbacks anytime before the season
  17. I have sat in both areas, I prefer a corner view and that section looks be wide open. You could get an end of the row seat right next to the tunnel.
  18. I think for early games 11-12 we are in the sun for a little while but I seem to remember getting shade by halftime normally.
  19. I'm in Section 7 Row 59; your seats will likely almost always be in the shade.
  20. I know jack shit about baseball, it did look routine was it tough because of the angle of throw to first?
  21. whats the language around locking in seat donations? I have only had my seats for about 5 years and I always assumed prices would be going up eventually
  22. Could someone post a view into section 7? I don't get a shot at this until the 29th and I'd like to add one seat to my group of tickets
  23. Fat Pat 'Tops Drop' would be a jam, or maybe I'm just old
