  1. You'd think Sark would've spent the bye week doing this, but you'd be wrong. Sark is gonna prove his system works come hell or high water.
  2. You're not wrong to make this assumption with 2 weeks to prepare for the Gators. But, you are a lot like this guy. A fuckin' jinx
  3. Yeah, I'm not sure I wanna know about @Chooky's hobbies or what he does for fun.
  4. A coach has to build his playbook and game plan around what his players do well, or he has to recruit players to his system. I don't know WTF we're thinking right now. Ultimately, that's on Sark.
  5. I won't. The 17-minute "highlights" were more than I can take. Sark got out-coached by Sunbelt Billy, too. Lagway executed what they wanted to do on offense - quick throws.
  6. We're all enamored with Arch's pedigree, physical presence, and athletic ability. He makes some amazing plays occasionally, but how many were because he threw a pass on time, in rhythm from the pocket? Not often. That's what Sark expects from his QBs, and thus far Arch hasn't proven he can do it well.
  7. Yep It's tough to hit throws over the middle with A-gap pressure in your face constantly. Except maybe quick slants, which we should do more of. And what about some "hide" routes for the RBs?
  8. Hey, I'm glad Flood can train goliaths to move stationary targets. But, why isn't the current OL "dipping their hips" and striking low to high? IMO, Nick Townsend is our best blocking TE, but he's only listed at 6'3", 241 lbs. That ain't nearly big enough. But, I agree with trying multiple combinations of OL to see which guys work best together.
  9. I mean, it's gotta be difficult to process the mesh and over-the-middle options quickly with so much A gap pressure Arch is facing. But, here we roll him out with a perfectly schemed throw to the flat, and he's still holding on way too long.
  10. He's good, but Mosley was open a bunch yesterday. Arch just didn't see him often enough.
  11. I re-watched that play. He double-pumped (triple???) it and almost let the CB #25 break up the pass, he was so late. Timing was just awful. High school QBs can execute that throw better.
  12. I'll start by watching the highlights, but I'm afraid re-watching the entire game will be too disappointing. And then, depression sets in.
  13. Which unit was worse yesterday? OL or DL? I'm not surprised the offense struggled in that environment. I'm shocked UF was able to impose its will in the running game, especially in the 1st Half. Of course, the offense's struggles made things harder on the defense bc they're on the field too long. It was an embarrassing overall performance with 2 weeks of preparation.
  14. True, but it's difficult to evaluate these guys based on their high school tape because they're not competing against P4 level talent very often. Flood knows we need size, and maybe he thinks that with improved training, their footwork will improve. We're not the only ones with busts. Remember, these are all recruits that many other P4 programs wanted. Right now, it's become a developmental issue.
  15. He didn't get the nickname "7-win Steve" for nothing
  16. All this oaf does is lean after initial contact. Just terrible footwork. I don't know how you fix that. You can't teach size, but geez...
  17. I'm scared to re-watch the 1st Half of the Florida game to see just how awful he was. His last missed block almost got Arch killed. DT did an arm-over swim move right thru the A gap.
  18. Sure, Doc. Have another drink. Go flex over on Land Thieves or wherever else you dirt burglars like to flap your gums. You ain't getting much ROI on your support of okie athletics these days. GFY
  19. You're just talking out of your okie ass and have no idea what Knight is contributing to UO's athletic department.
  20. Embarrassing
  21. aggy is getting better and we're getting worser Fucking great
  22. ...except he's an ASU legacy with a vested interest in building up his alma mater. Maybe he can be money-whipped? It's worth a shot, but I wouldn't count on him coming to UT.
  23. The Front 7 looked like they were sleepwalking the entire 1st Half. Not much pressure on the QB and they were terrible against the run. How does this happen after a bye week? Did they not know The Swamp would be a very hostile environment?
  24. I doubt their overall athletic department and NIL budget is more than Texas's.
  25. At this point, Sark has malignant narcissism if he thinks play-calling is his "super power". This offense sucks. Just look at the rushing yards and passing that went as scripted.
