  1. Just finished watching it. It was good enough.
  2. Thanks for the work keeping this alive Pville. Hopefully RKS made the move.
  3. The Red Rising trilogy (Red Rising, Golden Son, Morning Star) by Pierce Brown The Nantucket Series (Island in the Sea of Time, Against the Tide of Years, On the Oceans of Eternity) by SM Stirling The Emberverse (Nantucket series spin off) first 3, (Dies the Fire, The Protector's War, and A Meeting at Corvallis) by SM Stirling Each as a series, even though that NBC series Revolution had the same general concept as the Emberverse series. However in the Emberverse universe, "The Change", is a mysterious worldwide event that suddenly alters physical laws so that electricity, gunpowder and most other forms of high-energy-density technology no longer work. Making it more difficult to survive.
  4. yep, going to have to watch this
  5. agreed, will definitely put it on the must watch list
  6. pedo st, rapelor, and msu all need to be burned to the ground, and the earth salted so nothing ever grows there again.
  7. This is true. I was pulled over once for not changing lanes for a HiPo that had someone pulled over. His buddy lit me up as I drove by. Had no idea that was a law at the time. maybe a law because of times like this? using a gif posted by the aptly named crash davis, trying to make it a little safer for them.
  8. hmmm, works great on my Fire Stick, I haven't tried it on my Samsung smart TV. I also have it on my phone and tablet.
  9. You're so ugly you could be a modern art masterpiece!
  10. I've recently started using Express VPN. So far easy to use and can have on multiple devices. I got it last week and manged to get in on the 15 month for the 12 month cost. You can select your country, some countries have different cities to pick from, US with 8, Canada 2, UK 3, Netherlands 2. I've only used several US cities, I'm in Austin area and it selects Dallas as a smart location.
  11. Had one for 13 1/2 years, great dog, needs lots of walks/exercise. Our's used to love to fetch a tennis ball, but be prepared for a sloppy spit-covered ball that wasn't too bouncy after a few retrievals. Be prepared for what sounds like a stuttering vacuum cleaner when it tries to smell everything on that walk. Our's tended to howl when he heard a siren, on TV or outside. The barks are close to howls. I don't know if it was a just a quirk of our's or what, but if he was sleeping while we were watching TV and if sad music played, he would have a mournful howl like something had died. It would takes us a few minutes to comfort him to calm him down. Oh, do not over feed, our's would eat everything he could, even if not hungry. If you do toss table food (loved pizza) at him, you can train him to wait, until you're done. Our's learn to wait and was happy to get just one or two bites. csb, When he only a couple years old, the wife was having a bad day and decided to eat a bagel. Well, she wasn't careful and let her hand holding the bagel droop too low while sitting. He took his opportunity and snatched that bagel out of her hand, a clean swipe. She couldn't even be mad at him, because we all knew he was a food hog. My daughter still wants us to get another only to have a beagle named Bagel.
  12. Just watched it this morning, took my 11 yr old daughter. We enjoyed it, good pacing, good fun movie. It's been a couple years since I read the book, but I didn't see any issues with the changes. My daughter does want to see "The Shining" now, even though she knows it's going to scare her.
  13. They should just prevent them from competing if their number is upside down. Too bad they spent money to make the trip.
  14. I can confirm with that name, Tyler is son of Phlegm
  15. #5 with grilled japs, onions, and buns, with fries, 1/2 & 1/2 tea
