  1. Close, but actually it's in this country you gotta make the money first. Then you get the power, then you get the women.
  2. "My 2nd Amendment rights are being stollen! It is a horrible thing, really the worst thing. No one has ever seen a thing like this before. The FBI is trying to assassinate me and now the DOJ is trying to prevent me from having a gun for protection! The thug NYPD lead by a Trump hater is doing it for Biden! Even Hunter HAS guns! Send money now to fight this Injustice!" - probably being said somewhere
  3. I hope he’s not Chris Gaines cousin.
  4. Maybe this is what they're talking about: It's helpful to read the entire instruction. It's page 25 and 26. Of course, they could be talking about some other paragraph in the 55 pages of instructions. https://www.nycourts.gov/LegacyPDFS/press/PDFs/People v. DJT Jury Instructions and Charges FINAL 5-23-24.pdf
  5. IIRC, MGT made her screen debut playing Starla.
  6. “That was a strike!!!” is the new “They’re holding!!!!
  7. It’s annoying as fuck. Almost as bad as the Vandy whistler.
  8. There’s a dog in the picture. Hence the “Woof”. Sorry you missed the joke.
  9. "The prosecution has the burden of proof and they failed so miserably, every scholar is saying they proved nothing, there is not crime, so there was no reason to testify in a case that's already been won." - likely to be said a lot before next Tuesday
  10. Gotta be in his 20s, right?
  11. Zingerman's pastrami reuben seemed a bit light on the meat for $22. Blimpy Burger has tiny patties with seemingly a quarter of a slice of cheese on it. I think you need three to five patties to make a substantial burger. My recollection is a single patty is around the size that'd fit on a King's Hawaiin slider roll. Onion rings were good. Beer Grotto is enjoyable. The law library is impressive.
  12. No one ever knows what a jury will do. Preponderance of the evidence with a nine person jury in a civil trial versus beyond a reasonable doubt with a twelve person jury in a criminal trial isn't really comparable. O.J. was found liable in one and not guilty in another.
  13. "Sweetheart, think about it. How am I supposed to make sure you're okay and maybe get you to the hospital if I get knocked out, too?"
  14. Get this man two scripts of snatch and 72 ounces of Bud Light, STAT!
