  1. Maybe consider collision repair costs as well. Not unusual for a teenager to have a bump or two along the way. I would discuss with your insurance company the cost differential of insuring a teen with a Model 3 vs a late model ICE.
  2. Love the design, but I think I’ll keep the 2019 Taco for a while longer. I guess this kinda sets the prices for the new 4Runner at around $45-$60K depending on trim level.
  3. Looks good. You don't have to tell us the price, but were the dealers trying to hit you with a lot of "market adjustment" BS? I know GM is trying to void warranties to combat flipping right now. Looking at the recent BAT sales, it seems to be working. Lots of no sales as of late. https://bringatrailer.com/gmc/hummer-ev/
  4. You also need to say your prayers and eat your vitamins, you little Hulkamaniac!
  5. Tickets are purchased for the D2 Championship next Saturday in McKinney. Go Orediggers!
  6. That's a great truck. I considered something similar with my old 93 Toyota truck and my son. Then I started really looking at the thin A pillars, zero air bags, no crumple zones and how terrible the MT tires were in the rain. We got him a VW with pre-collision breaking and blind spot detection instead. At least it was a manual transmission and he will get to learn about VW reliability first hand.
  7. Not to pile onto the brush bar situation, but any small tap in the front will likely end up damaging the hood and front fenders as the bars get pushed back. Those things can turn a simple bumper fix into expensive body work pretty quickly. Awesome truck though, your kid will love it.
  8. Sorry. I am using this amp and my old line 6 plus AirPod pro's. Not really experiencing any real latency that I notice. Yamaha's headphones are supposed to be almost as fast as a wired set. https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/THR30WLG10HPBn--yamaha-thr30-ii-30-watt-modeling-combo-full-wireless-bundle-cream
  9. I’m linking probably the most expensive option, but this setup should have minimal latency and is fully wireless. You can definitely find a better price. The Yamaha amp sounds great FWIW. I picked up the amp alone for $385 and it was compatible with my old Line 6.
  10. They are pretty fun. Sound great and easy to play, but I have a Yamaha BB that I always return to. I got a good deal on it when I bought it, would certainly pass that on to anyone here that was interested.
  11. If you are looking for a short scale, I know a guy.....
  12. Agree that she should shoot and try everything and pick what she likes. Beretta PX4 Storm models have an easy to rack slide (my wife has no trouble and struggled with pretty much everything else) as well as an adjustable back strap for finding a comfortable fit. I would add that if she is getting a revolver, having a hammer and being able to pull that back (either at home or at the range for practice) is nicer than being stuck with one fairly heavy DAO trigger pull. Also, unless she needs something super tiny, a medium frame revolver may have less muzzle rise and perceived recoil for a more enjoyable shooting experience.
  13. I must have misinterpreted your previous post. I assumed you meant that physicians are able to take a direct tax write off when patients do not pay. https://www.aafp.org/pubs/fpm/issues/2000/1100/p50.html#:~:text=If you never receive cash,ve already paid for them.
  14. Am I misunderstanding this comment? I don't know about hospitals, but individual physicians cannot take a tax loss on an unpaid bill.
  15. Running Pikes Peak Marathon next weekend. Training has sucked this summer with the temps so high. Hopefully it will help a little above the tree line though.
  16. Golden would meet your needs. You will run out of stuff to do in Golden proper after a day or 2 but downtown is walkable and there are several restaurants. The location is awesome. Easy fly into DIA, Red Rocks for concerts, tons of hiking all through the area. Rafting is close by in Idaho Springs. Genesee Bison outlook is close. You can go for a scenic drive up Mount Evans. Boulder is 30-45 min away/Estes Park is a 4 hr drive. Colorado Springs is a little over an hour (Pikes Peak/Manitou Springs). Fly fishing is available in the area too.
  17. Wolf music in San Antonio is running a 30% off every guitar/bass/acoustic sale right now with code: buyaguitarorelse https://www.wolfmusiccompany.com 30% off a bunch of other stuff on their Reverb site https://reverb.com/shop/wolfmusiccompany I picked up a Yamaha THR30 desktop amp for $385. I have never seen it that cheap before.
  18. Or, buy the seat next to you and you get to avoid having the unwashed masses sitting next to you as a bonus!
