  1. Donte Williams was a very weird hire for a program like UGA. Great recruiter but USC's secondary was complete ass under him. I think USC even fired him. That was always a very questionable hire and so far it looks like UGA's secondary is paying the price.
  2. Georgia is definitely the best offense we've faced but they've really struggled defensively the last 3 weeks (against 2 really bad passing offenses). They gave up 306 passing yards to a Miss State team that's starting a true FR at QB. Their secondary looked flat out horrible against Alabama and Miss State.
  3. They aren’t a top 25 team. That was obvious when they almost lost to terrible Auburn and Houston teams.
  4. Funniest thing about this game was OU being ranked 18th. That’s how dumb these polls are.
  5. I don't think Ewers had any issue processing 3 high safeties today. WRs and TEs were open all game. His issue today was mechanics and just missing wide open WRs.
  6. The big part of OU's regression is the OL. In year's past where they had issues at QB or WR they could always run the ball. They're now below average on the OL and that's with the refs still giving them a ton of help on the non-holding calls.
  7. I definitely agree with this. We could have held OU to under 150 yards if we wanted to.
  8. Take away the last meaningless drive of 70 yards, OU had a total of 168 yards all game. That is bad.
  9. I don't think it was anything that happened during the game. The broadcasters said he tweaked something in pre-game and was limping around. Maybe a hammy?
  10. Don't think it's anything major. It became pretty obvious early in this one that we didn't need him.
  11. Only C was Quinn. Everyone on defense played well, special teams were a plus minus the Auburn missed FG, and the running game was productive.
  12. OU is so bad we didn't have to show much of anything on offense or defense.
  13. Both late hits were fucking awful. Literally, just a tackle.
  14. If defenses continue to play this conservative we will score 30 a game. Today is proof of that. Quinn couldn't be much worse but easy check-downs, a numbers advantage in the run game, etc sets a really high floor in terms of scoring. Teams are hoping they can just hold us to around 30-35 points a game which is a bold strategy the way our defense is playing.
  15. This is the best group of LBs we've had in 20 years. Nansen was one of the best hires of the offseason.
  16. OU's OL still gets away with blatant hold calls. EVERY YEAR.
  17. A lot of defenses are playing really conservative against us which might slow us down some but we haven't scored below 31 points all year. Can a team score 30+ on our defense? I don't know if this is the right way to play us. It might limit our ceiling on scoring but it also sets a pretty high floor in terms of points. If you're just going to give us these simple checkdowns and intermediate passes we are going to continue to score 30 on you.
  18. Man, OU is bad. That above tweet is right. This was like a D- game from Ewers and they're still going to lose by 30.
  19. You could tell this game was over after the first couple of OU possessions. Not being able to do anything with that type of field position is all anyone needed to see.
  20. Red zone offense has been ass but Bond has been a big key in being better in that area this year.
  21. Don't mind it with Georgia coming up. OU sucks so much we really haven't had to show much this game.
  22. Jesus, if Quinn would just step into the pocket he could walk into the endzone.
