  1. I usually don't like shows/movies about Hollywood because I hate navel gazing, but the premiere with Scorsese is amazing. When he said he wanted to do a biopic of Jim Jones, I was in tears laughing. And The Oner was greatness.
  2. But seriously, should I watch this show? I was at the gym a month ago and needed something to watch while I was on the treadmill. I landed on this and after about 20 minutes, I was ready to bawl my eyes out thinking about my two teenage boys (and also because I'm a fatass who is terrible at cardio). I haven't watched it since.
  3. Do you want Mackenzie Kelly as your country's leader? Because that's how you get ......... wait a minute, actually, and I can't believe I'm saying this, at this moment I do want Mackenzie Kelly as my country's leader.
  4. But the girl is real, right? If not, I'm going to feel at least 40% more shame than usual.
  5. In @Brisketexan's defense, 1000 words is just a mere aside for him. Also, fuck you.
  6. So, so you think you can tell Heaven from Hell? Blue skies from pain?
  7. Also known as the "Mommy and Daddy are going to watch a movie, so y'all just go play with friends or something. Here's some money for pizza" genre of movie.
  8. That kicker right now
  9. My cat's breath smells like cat food.
  10. Love that place. You are doing it right.
  11. Where was this? I have to go to SE Texas for a family wedding next month. That food might make the trip worth it.
  12. I remember that and remember thinking you were full of shit. But you may have actually had a point.
  13. Melvyn Bragg will no longer be hosting In Our Time. If you've never listened to an episode, give it a shot. It's a panel show with three different academics each week covering topics from math, history, science, literature, and everything in between.
