  1. Tarnishing the scripture, how he mocks me All this blasphemy and vanity, carnality exhausts me It’ll cost me my respect in Iran And so it’s time for him to die, I do not like this man
  2. Which ones? Does Wembanyama make a cameo or Timo Werner?
  3. Stolen from bluesky: Live your life so that when you’re taken out in a hit on a public street thousands of people online don’t post the Alonzo Mourning head nod gif.
  4. My wife has a work thing in Scottsdale in February and I'm thinking about tagging along. I don't golf, but I love hiking, drinking/eating, and history stuff. Any activity recs if you had three days to yourself there?
  5. What's the grift here? I've heard Republicans pushing this raw milk thing, but I don't understand why. Is there some sort of raw milk lobbying group I'm not aware of?
  6. It'll be hard to make the horse stop quick when you're high.
  7. That's fair, but every show where someone is searching for a needle in a haystack is going to have something like that. At least they gave some explanation about how she linked the Jackal to the gun manufacturer.
  8. Episode 7 was great.
  9. It's still better than seeing a slow-mo close up of Andy Reid saying "Bundlerooksi"
  10. You sure it wasn't just the Notre Dame/USC game?
  11. I totally understand that an 8 OT game can be stressful, but maybe these guys should just take it down a notch.
  12. I know your vocabulary is limited, but let's try and use a better word, fuckface.
  13. Not with that attitude you can't.
  14. Testing Bluesky https://bsky.app/profile/sundaedivine.bsky.social/post/3lbzitstsic2w I got this error: The link could not be embedded because bsky.app does not allow embedding of that video. But there's no video or picture in that post.
  15. What the fuck is a *checks notes* a "Dude Perfect"?
  16. No, it is not real.
  17. They're doing something similar in high schools. The state introduced some new US History curriculum for 11th graders and framed it as free lessons that would help struggling readers prepare for the STAAR test. Of course, it was developed by William Bennett's organization. Usually my district is pretty good about sniffing out and avoiding this bs from the state, but they fell for it hook, line, and sinker. So back in September, all US History teachers had to go to a one-day training on how to use these materials and they come with required benchmark tests for students. So more conservative propaganda in classrooms, but this time with the added bonus of more standardized tests!
  18. Saw it today with my kid. We both thought it was meh. I'm usually not one to complain about special effects, but the CGI animals were terrible. The monkeys in the first fight scene were ridiculously cartoonish. They looked like they belong in some fantasy movie.
  19. He's just trying to mimic the random capitalizations and misspellings of his Orange God.
  20. I say go for it. But I grew up in South Louisiana, so you should take that into account when weighing my advice.
  21. The first episode was bad-ass, especially the ,and hooked me in. The other episodes have been solid, but nothing amazing. European landscapes and car chases on cobblestone streets are enough to keep me entertained.
  22. What do y'all use to carry water on long runs? I got a belt that holds a couple of bottles, but it's constantly sagging down as I run. I need something new.
