Well see, other than Arch's issues that's the thing that concerns me most. Sark said on Monday we're an attacking offense and that's what we will always be. That tells me he will never realize it, or we're going to bust down the back door with dynamite if that what it takes even if the front door is open. I don't know if take what the defense gives you ever enters his brain.
We all know he would have a couple more W's if he had just kicked FG's instead of going for 4ths. Difficult 4ths. And I would add, WTF on the bomb to Parker against UTEP when your QB can't hit a WR at that distance if they are only two people on the field. That's an easy 1st down running the ball. And the KR's keep brining balls out of the end zone but never make it past the 20 because that's who we are. Why keep making things more difficult for your offense? Why in the fuck can't "Who We Are" be winning football games using the easiest method possible? That would sure as hell be my objective if I were a coach, but maybe I'm stupid and missing something big.
You live by the sword, you die by the sword. Someone else mentioned Bama, and how he could do that with the players he had. Sure, you can be a big play team when you have a really accurate QB, great WR's, a RB that requires extra men in the box and an OL that can hold up long enough for WR's to get over 10 yards down the field. He has never had all of those things at Texas, but right now he has none of them. So why in the fuck do you keep doing things your team can't execute?? What was it that smart guy said about insanity?
