  1. Why is she even relevant?? Can't stand boobert.
  2. Plains garter or lined snake. Pattern a little different than the garters in TX.
  3. The sad thing is it coulda been awesome. The body shape is great, but the front intake squares, headlights, tailights are bad. The rear bumper cover is a monstrosity. The 240 has the same issues except for the rear bumper cover. The 230 is actually better, doesn't have the fugly triangles. Usually the nice styling cues from the top models flow down to the lower models, but BMW decided to go all crazy with look at me crap rather than art. This shape with a front and rear like the M8 would have been awesome.
  4. Baylor, TCU and tech. Their whole existence has been based on riding Texas' coat-tails. If it weren't for Texas they would be about as relevant as schools like Memphis and Temple.
  5. I think Red has had more drama/baggage than Blue. He was in the doghouse to start the season and he got into a scuffle last season. Also, I don't think Blue has had enough carries to determine anything definite about his ability to product. The plays he's run are not necessarily conducive to his running style.
  6. If Bijan is 21.6 mph then Worthy is 24.6. Although he doesn't play for TX anymore I'm sure Brennan Thompson would have something to say about that too. And I think Cook is about as fast Thompson, as well as Mitchell. Not sure I believe those numbers.
  7. This one really bothered me so I went back and watched it multiple times. I don't know this was all Campbell's fault nor do I the assignments. But, the reason Campbell didn't block the DE is because he was lined up to block the DT down in the 4 pt stance. It just so happens the DT twisted to the other side leaving Campbell no one to block and he didn't react quick enough to move over and get the DE. I'm sure he thought Jones had the DE and be the time he realized Jones went for the LB the DE was already past. It seems to me like the best call would be for Jones to block the DE, Campbell to rotate over with the DT and for the RB (Brooks) to pick up the LB. But again, I don't know the calls and obviously I don't know what they were supposed to do, but I also know it has to be very tough to move from blocking the DT over to the DE. It just seems like following the DT to the other side would be easier. I would like to know what's Flood is teaching. Maybe someone who knows more about line strategy can enlighten me. But at this point I don't believe it was all Campbell's fault.
  8. 1. The coach is supposed to teach them how to concentrate. 2. The coach is supposed to teach them proper hand positioning. 3. The coach is supposed to ingrain the thought, "it doesn't do you any good to make a move if you don't first catch the ball".
  9. All good games except the Houston's. I'll be interesting to see the who get's fired first bowl in Ames.
  10. Even ignoring the poor reads, throws, protection, other, there's a stat done by someone that says Texas is 6th worst in the country in dropped passes. We hired a new WR coach and former NFL player who not only is supposed to know how to catch a football, but is probably in the top 6 of highest paid WR coaches in the country. Why in the hell can't he teach our WR's how to catch a football??? I learned how to catch a football playing flag football when I was 9 years old playing flag football and have caught passes much more difficult than our WR's are dropping. And now way could I ever even be a walk on at Texas. WTF is up with this Chris Jackson???
  11. Hell, that's nothing. My co-worker/friend bought a Ford Rapper pickup for over $120k, $10k over MSRP because it has a 700 v8 engine. Because "I'm a truck guy and had to have it". Plenty of people like that. Not to mention there's plenty of great sport sedans that have better performance and get much better MPG for half of that.
  12. FCB is a fucking moron. Always trying to stir up shit. Good for Sark to put him in his place.
  13. I don't know who played vs FL, but the 2nd string Barnes made Case McCoy look like Payton Manning. The due was 6/19 and I probably coulda done better. They finally put in the 3rd stringer Johnson half way through the 4th Qtr and immediately scored 2 TD's. Even a bad Ewers should be able to move the ball on Bailor.
  14. Speaking to him?? How about as good punch in the face.
  15. Gonna need both Brooks and Baxter for Bailor. Need to wear down the Bailor defense. Can't dick around for 3 quarters with incompletions like last night and can't lose the TOP battle 39 to 21. Run the ball Sark! Our team has to remember Bailor wants to win this game more than they want to rape co-eds.
  16. Can't wait to get out of this shit, corrupt conference. The SEC ref's seemed very professional and clearly were doing their best to make the right call. B12 ref's remind me of that dumbass teacher in the Breakfast Club.
  17. So where's okielite jeffie to tell us how the cowgirls are gonna dominate the B12 this year?? Happy to see both Cuntdy the coach and player lose. Damn, can't believe Sark lost that game last year, and we fucking don't get to own scoreboard over them this year.
  18. If their QB walks on the field with a knee brace I may just make my biggest sportsbet ever.
  19. No "good guy" reacts like that to a fan. Fuck Campbell.
  20. Hopefully Galindo will be gone next year. Him and Lobe suck worse than Beth Mowens. Sometimes I want to punch Lobe in the face during the VB matches.
  21. What a fucking loser. And to think I once thought he was a pretty good guy. The FG may have been good, but should they need it to beat fucking Ohio that lost to Kent St last year. Fuck Campbell and his 5* culture. Damn, I hope we kick their ass in Ames.
  22. I disagree about the leadership part. From what I read and saw during the week and during the game last night I think he showed leadership and got the team fired up. However, being a great QB is a lot more than having an NFL arm. Just as important is knowing when and where to throw the ball. Multiple times last night I yelled Sanders was wide open, Whittington was wide open. Some players develop that ability a lot quicker/slower than others and often sheltered kids growing up in upscale burbs are slower. Remember, Colt was a 3* Garrett Gilbert was a 5*. At some point people have to realize generational talent at the college level is a lot more than just an NFL arm. I know QBR has it's flaws but at some point when a generational talent can't make at least top 20 on this list when 2 of the defenses are Rice and Wyoming those people making that analysis have to say maybe I was wrong. Watching what I did of Gabriel yesterday was scary. Every time the right receiver and put it right on the $. 2023 College Football Season Leaders Total QBR | ESPN
