  1. Quinn had to rush the throw and was lucky just to get it away. It was a half arm throw just to get rid of it. As I've asked 100x, how would Quinn do it he had all day to stand back there behind UW's line?? The real root cause on this play was Campbell and Jones.
  2. That's interesting. Perhaps they should always be wearing knee braces, albeit smaller, less restrictive ones.
  3. It would have been called DPI if a Texas DB just looked at the DB wrong, but in most cases I don't think so, just too bang bang. Now if we start reviewing all these plays in super slo mo and make the games 5 hrs, then it may be called. One things for sure though, it'll be debated until Texas makes it's next CFP.
  4. Yes, but lots of talk about Wr's, and we already got Golden. Not much talk about who that TE might be.
  5. TE is thin even with Helm if Sanders is gone and that seems about 95% likely.
  6. Yes, but as others have pointed out: Penis - 6 seasons Ewers - 2 seasons And how much better would Quinn be if he had Washington's OL? Just another half second of protection and maybe he completes that last pass.
  7. This video shows he was turned around and facing the ball before it arrived. He could've jumped, not easy, but he's supposed to be an NFL draft pick.
  8. The other thing I see is Quinn having to rush the throw due to the DT's hand almost hitting his. He wasn't able to follow through. Blame the OL for that, not Quinn. I also think AD could have caught the ball had he jumped the same time as the DB. He would had the ball in his hand before the DB touched it, but he never jumped. The DB touched him before the ball arrived ever so slightly, but looks like at the same time in real time, but the DB didn't push him down. Again, the real blame is on Campbell not giving Quinn time. Another second AD would've been in better position to jump and Quinn coulda made a better throw.
  9. The one coach that can actually make Jumbo Fisher and Charlie Strong look smart. He shoulda been fired on the spot.
  10. I don't know why everyone is whinning so much about the 2 pt conversion when it's irrelevant. Even with the 2 pt conversion there's 23 seconds left. Dallas only has to get 12 yards and Aubrey kicks an 80 yard field goal to win it.
  11. I was going to watch this game, but decided to watch my plants grow instead. Looks like I made a wise choice. In other news, Kirkstreit seemed awfully somber this morning on College Gameday, while Desmond Howard seemed awfully cheerful. Not sure why.
  12. Column: Newsom loves Trump? Not at all. But he made the right call on ballot access - Los Angeles Times (latimes.com) Newsom says leave Doturd on the ballot. I agree, he isn't going to win anything anyway. Democrats will make sure of that. And that eliminates all the stupid excuses.
  13. That's why I'm worried. They scored over 100 against LeMoyne and Tougaloo and almost beat MSU and Miami. It won't be a walk in the park, especially with Taylor out.
  14. Has there ever been a more dominant NC match?? I know I've never seen a Texas player serve 11x in a row, even against a bad team. That was truly giving the cornheads the fucking ass kicking they deserved.
  15. Another POS looney! UNLV suspected shooter was former college professor: Sources (msn.com)
  16. Shay did an excellent job of shutting down Page in the 1st half. I don't know why she didn't get any time in the 2nd, one of the reasons Page started scoring. I kept yelling at Vic to put Shay back in, but he didn't hear me. Yes, need Gaston to guard players like Edwards. Jones isn't quick enough and just gets in foul trouble.
  17. A lot of cool technology, but trying to eclipse BMW for ugliest car on the planet.
  18. Quintrevion should starts
  19. Looks like it's Alvarez or Vandervelde just based on probability. Either would suck.
  20. "Hoping he can brace it!!" So he's had an ACL tear before and they want to risk the guys career so they can try to beat Texas? Sounds pretty disgusting to me. I guess I shouldn't be surprised considering who they are.
  21. Well I've seen them out of person.🤣 I don't know what difference it makes though, Barry Sanders was 5'8" and Emmitt Smith was 5"9".
  22. I just haven't seen the tight space quickness from Baxter that Brooks has been so good at this season, and what made Bijan so great. Blue also seems a lot better at it than Baxter. That skill just seems so critical in a Zone Read running type of offense. Like the poster above said, Baxter just might be the 3rd best back RIGHT NOW. His future will depend on if he can learn to be more like Brooks and Bijan.
  23. Blue is listed at 6', just like Brooks. He's 5'11" at worst. You've never seen him standing next to Robinson if you think he's Robinson's size.
