  1. Is Bear trying to redshirt to transfer again? At what point does he just try to get the NFL money? I never thought I would say this, but thank you Ketchum! He blew the Bear to Texas deal.
  2. If I’m Weigman I’m transfering to Michigan. They will be begging for a decent QB and a recruiting win. They normally have good linemen and won’t ask him to run very much.
  3. Coach Baker has Vernon Broughton playing damn good ball, when I had already given up on him. The recruiting questions are legit but he has found a way to get something out of Vernon. Hoping he can work some magic with the young pups. January looks like he will be a good one, while it’s looking like Bledsoe and Mitchell are on the verge of washing out. Bryant definitely needs to come on soon.
  4. Hawkins may be better than Arnold but he still won’t fix the offense. The QB has to have a quality deep ball for the offense to run as it’s supposed to run. Hawkins doesn’t have a great arm and their WR core isn’t scaring anybody. They also have a million dollar problem. Between this season and last, Arnold will be closing in on 7 figures. How much will that play a role in his playing time?
  5. Watching T. Brooks man up against Neyor tonight has been interesting
  6. One of those “No” recruits on Gerry’s list recently reached out to Texas to reengage but Texas didn’t seem too interested. Said recruit’s former teammate, who is now on the Texas roster, then had a conversation with Jeff Banks on his behalf. Word is the recruit asked Texas to match the NIL proposal he currently has because he is interested in joining the Texas class. Apparently Banks is unsure and a little butt hurt about how the recruitment has been handled. The position coach would love the recruit but Jeff did a lot of work on the recruitment and the recruit resides in an area that Jeff has a lot of pull. All things hypothetical of course.
  7. You would have to think Moore is significantly better than Lockett and that may be the case to the coaches. If you flip Moore before signing day you are losing Lockett 100%. It’s not about sharing targets cause Lockett has no issue being in the same class as Ffrench. Lockett and Moore don’t like each other or want to play with each other due to some adult BS. Moore also would cost you way more than Lockett in NIL dollars. Glad I’m not a coach making the decisions and as of today Texas ain’t close to getting Moore to even think about flipping.
  8. That’s what I was implying. A great way to prove it was consensual using a “leak” which still gives you some protection that you were not the liable for the leak or release.
  9. This “leak” is interesting when you consider there is a Michelle who accused him of sexual assault at one point. The police didn’t believe it and refused to press charges.
  10. Makes sense why they are a bad team then. Love the heart Bug plays with, but he is just really limited athletically.
  11. Off topic but is Thompson actually getting playing time at Auburn?
  12. From very personal experiences, this couldn’t be further from the truth. His family is night and day different from Denver Harris’ family and that will be the big difference. Even with one parent being a “little” bit of a diva, they care, they will not force him to go somewhere he doesn’t want to just for money, and they really have kept a tight ship around him. Ask the coaches at NorthShore, he shows up and he works. That was never the case with Denver or Zach.
  13. Cam had a rough start but once he settled in he was very good again. The whole line was awesome yesterday, and that holding call was BS. excited about this year and next year. Goosby-Neto-Hutson-Campbell-Williams will be a good ass line.
