  1. JFC dude, he has a 1st round pick arm and everyone knows that. Should be a lock based on arm talent alone.
  2. Pretty sure your employee's "edging" players might belong in the "I'd Pee in her Butt thread" but I will read regardless.
  3. So it was Ewers fault the receiver fell down totally screwing the timing and route of the play? Interesting.
  4. JFC dude, broaden your perspective. Ton of returning offensive linemen and all the starters. A healthy Brooks hopefully and the Top HS RB in the country on the roster. A year older Blue and Robinson. RB room will be fine. Improved WR room. TE room a year older. QB should drastically improve. DMO was overrated IMO but a solid player. The backups last year were terrible and or unproven.
  5. Did Brooks not have a sports hernia? He rode the pine because he was injured.
  6. Stop being a pussy. DMO, Bijan and RoJo play in that game we win by 10. We were relegated to essentially a 4th string scat back on offense. If Quinn and the passing attack wasn't so good we would have been boat raced. The team last year was dramatically improved from the year before but still inconsistent. This was a 9 win talent team last year. That doesn't mean they were good. It could have been a 10 or 11 win team. Low end was 7.
  7. People here aren't used to seeing freshman LB recruits period. We are used to seeing safeties spinning down to play LB way undersized to do it.
  8. I hope all this koolaid about Ewers is accurate and not just hype. If so, we could be in for a good show as long as he is healthy and upright. He is as physically gifted at throwing the football naturally as I have ever seen.
  9. So, it is the committees fault A&M got boat raced? Nice.
  10. It also appears the WR he targeted I think 14 times in that game didn't want to catch a football with his broke hand.
  11. Which part? The part that people still want PK fired or that I think GP was given too much credit? Did GP coach the LB's who made the biggest leap? Did he call formations and plays? I think he played a huge part in game planning for particular opponents and matching the Defensive backfield with the front 7 but without the progress of the linebackers and defensive line this defense was shit again.
  12. Or you are going to learn to eat crow. I'm good either way.
  13. I think GP was given too much credit for the performance of the defense IMHO. People still calling for PK to get fired is laughable.
  14. Robinson is more of a scat back, undersized and hasn't shown much of an ability to run between the tackles. Not sure Brooks will back to 100% before spring.
  15. These kids are just going to have to get used to it. It will most likely happen to them for the rest of their lives, in or out of football. I've been on both sides of it several times.
  16. Well she has a net worth of 160 million dollars, I'm not going to question her for whoring herself out for that kinda dough. IMHO she probably made the right decision, I can question her taste though.
  17. No idea, a lot of the people on here aren'y happy unless they are bitching about something. Damn near everyone loved the Marion hire including me. I'm glad he's gone, that room regressed under his leadership. Thus far the only hire I didn't like was Coleman. Marion was a splash hire. I think Sark is right, Texas needs a good fundamentals coach, the talent will show up.
