I lost a ton of weight and my resting heart rate went from upper 60s, low 70s to mid 40s in about 3 years. I also run a lot (marathon's, halfs, etc.) Exercise and weight have a lot to do with resting heart rate.
You can probably self-diagnose if you know how to log into your modem. If there's quite a bit of static noise (google is your friend), then you may need to call a technician out. If there's not, it's probably the modem and you can replace it yourself.
I’ve stopped going to the gym as much and am neck deep in triathlon training. Running/biking/swimming 5 days per week and spending one day in the gym for strength training (bench, squat, deadlift). It’s amazing how much better I feel than I did a year ago.
I’m running the Houston marathon next January, a downhill marathon in April, and doing my first triathlon in May. I just got bored of the gym and needed something different. Think I found an outlet. Ironman 70.3 is being planned for fall 2024.
Definitely not a recruiting expert, but don't Wingo and Bussey play different receiver positions? I may be completely off here but I figured Bussey to be more of a slot/Whittington type player.
I've got 3 but typically only wear my apple watch as I need to keep track of workouts for triathlon. I'm about to switch to a Garmin 955 or 965 instead. I've got a nice Rolex Submariner (blue two-tone) for dress up occasions, a Hamilton khaki with a NATO strap for traveling, and my apple watch.
Just booked my flight for next Wednesday. Playing in WSOP tag-team event with my dad. Staying at Paris but will most likely be heading elsewhere for non-poker gambling. Where are the best places to play BJ not on the strip?
I feel you on that. My max effort during the summer months in Houston is around 8 or so miles at once due to the humidity. I ran 15 miles fairly easily at the same pace when I visited my parents this last weekend in NE Texas. The humidity down here in Houston is a killer.
