  1. You're forgetting about the great Tim Barron (unless you were born after 1990).
  2. I fell down the rabbit hole as well and it looks like they weren't related. The actors wife made it up after he died and his sister confirmed they was no relation to the mobster. he was of no relation to actor Richard S. Castellano from The Godfather, despite claims made by Richard's wife after his death.[6][7]
  3. thanks for the info.
  4. Did you ever use the EggSpander, I got one for christmas a couple years ago and havent touched it. I thought i would use it all the time, but i just dont really know what to do with it.
  5. Just found this thread. I have a 32" Turbo Grille four burner that I never use. I have been wanting to pull it out and put a griddle in its place. I use my BGE for any grilling. Seems like everyone on here likes the Blackstone, has anyone swapped out a built in grill for a griddle?
  6. I think it was the other Vacek. Brian I think. They were both at UT at the same time.
  7. Go study so you can donate to Burnt Ends when you graduate. Not 30 years later like me.
  8. I’ll take their $10 million and raise it $300. Y’all convinced this lurker to get into the game. Now Let’s go get us a bad ass tight end.
  9. The wife is an oncologist and loved the data in ATNM. So, we bought in at $22.50 (.75 pre reverse split) and it is now sitting at $7.74, I've averaged down to $9.95 per share and am holding strong and hoping. You guys keep talking up IBRX, does it still look like a good play? And has anyone gotten in to ATNM? I've been a lurker on the recruiting board, never even knew there was a stock chat.
  10. I wouldn't touch this job with a 10 ft. pole. And, its Mr. Shumway to you.
  11. Last SWC game in 1995. We beat aggy at Kyle Field, that was a nice win. Westbrook was blowing people up that day.
  12. Saw this when I watched the game, but haven't seen any discussion about it, here or anywhere. Pre-snap, Casey and the offense are looking to the sideline like we might change the play at LOS and we go with a quick snap. The OU defenders, especially the CB covering Xavier were caught completely flat footed. Xavier gets a free release and the CB is a step behind the whole play. That has to be intentional, right? If so, brilliant nuance to the offense and great call by Sark.
  13. LOL, I could watch it for that scene and Sam Rockwell's performance. Rockwell is awesome in everything he does. The scene he saves JoJo's life in JoJo Rabbit is awesome. He was amazing in that movie too.
  14. Woody Harrelson's suicide in Three Billboards. That letter to his wife about dying on his best day is heartbreaking. Also, the communion scene in the Godfather.
  15. I was an equipment manager for the team back in the Mackovic era. We would wipe the game balls down with a wet towel. The quarterbacks would let us know how they liked them for the games. Mackovic liked to have clean new balls for the games, but Shea Morenz wanted old balls that were very broken in. Sometimes we would paint the stripes white to make them look newer so Mackovic would be okay with them. Morenz also liked to have the balls deflated a bit, so after they were checked by the refs and given back to us we would take a little air out on the sidelines. James Brown could care less, he would play with a ball right out of the box and not worry about it. We would also have kickers balls for game day so the kickers and the punter would check the balls too. Phil Dawson liked them a little deflated. One time he got phlebitis in his foot and claimed it was because the balls were aired up too much.
  16. Loved the Oilers. Still have some of those Exxon glasses in the cabinet at home, along with a couple plastic Big Gulp cups from 7-11 (back before Stop and Go bought them out) with cartoon Oiler players on them. In 93 I made a bet with a Cowboy fan about who would make it further in the playoffs. It started out well with Emmit Smith holding out, but ended with Keith Cash spiking the ball into a Buddy Ryan poster. I had to shave my head at a party at the Delt house. Agreed, I don’t really care about the NFL since they left. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
