- 2023 NCAAVB Championship: #2 Texas vs #1 Nebraska; 2pm ABC (Dec 17)
This has to be the most impressive performance of a #2 seed in a Final Four with three other #1 seeds in ANY sport in college tournament history. Not just winning the games, but OWNING them. AMAZING!! Hook 'em, NATIONAL CHAMPION Texas Volleyball!!!- 2023 NCAAVB Championship: #2 Texas vs #1 Nebraska; 2pm ABC (Dec 17)
And just to note - we didn't sneak our way into this championship... We didn't get upsets ahead of us paving an easy path... We beat THREE 1 seeds! Our ladies earned every bit of this!- 2024 Transfer WR Matthew Golden

So after Texas and OU winning, now there are only 2 possible scenarios? TWO games' results removed 126 of the possibilities?? How many of the 128 scenarios involved: Texas leaves conference early, Earthquake consumes OU team, Texas boycotts league after idiotic commissioner claims, etc?- Week 12, 2023; Texas Tech at Texas
Jeez, y'all must be fun at parties. Hate to break it to y'all, but yeah, everything is dumb when you look at it. We'll have 100,000 people IN PERSON go to the stadium this weekend just to see that our group of 18-24 year olds plays a game better than their group of 18-24 year olds. Millions more will watch it on TV. Millions and millions more will watch other groups of 18-24 year olds and debate about how they have, will, would, or could be better than some other group of 18-24 year olds playing a game. And only the tiniest of percentages of those people watching will have ever even one time met any of those 18-24 year olds playing. Sorry the Imperialism Map, which you are absolutely free to ignore, doesn't live up to that level of importance.- Week 12, 2023; Texas Tech at Texas
You can only win what your opponent has. If we went against aggy and said if we win, we're taking all of their dignity and all of their hot female cheerleaders, then after we destroy them, we'd still get nothing because they don't have either of those. We can't take what they don't even own. We beat five teams that didn't have any land by the time we beat them. We got nothing. That can change this week, as tceh comes in with something to take.- Week 12, 2023; Texas Tech at Texas
Lots of land available on the Imperialism Map this week... Tceh is actually in 2nd place for most land claimed, including claiming the territory that UT is in. We'd gain a lot with a win - not only Austin, but the land for several teams we have beaten this year: Rice, Wyoming, Kansas, BYU, and Alabama. Let's get back what's rightfully ours! Currently we are tied for 20th place, with every other school that has no land claimed.- Post a pic that makes you lol

The b12 has a problem, though: no conference team is undefeated and Texas is the only team with only 1 season loss. That doesn't leave a lot of options. They have to know that if they screw over Texas to a loss, then NO team from the Rig 12 will be getting anywhere close to the playoffs. So that means that when everyone gets to the big bowl and playoff games, either NO ONE is talking about the b12 at all, or at best, the conversation would be that winning the b12 isn't impressive enough to get their champion to the playoffs, where the b12 would be considered the worst of the major conferences even BEFORE losing their top two most esteemed teams. Next option is to let Texas win, or even bite the bullet and rig the games in our favor. The downside there is that the conference champion is leaving next year to a different conference, which could have the appearance that the best team is being promoted to a better league. But on the other hand, at least the b12 is in the mix and being talked about during the playoffs, and there would be opportunity to say how the conference is competitive enough to produce a playoff-worthy champion. "Texas got here because of the quality of wins against the other competitive Big 12 teams, and we'll be back next year with another exciting team!" kind of thing. May be the best option the b12 can have out of this season. So which do they choose? Oh, what am I saying? Obviously they will try to screw over Texas and screw themselves over at the same time. If the conference made good decisions, we wouldn't be leaving.Football ... Basketball ... Baseball ... Other Sports ... Futbol ... 🤫995🤫 ... Gambling ... Movies & TV ... Music ... Hobbies ...
