  1. For a frame of reference: Current "official" US coronavirus deaths stands at 58,640. That number would equal: The total stadium capacity of Mike A Myers Stadium and Soccer Field (20,000) PLUS the largest crowd ever in the Frank Erwin Center (17,829 for a 1978 John Denver concert) PLUS the largest crowd ever in Disch-Falk Field (10,000 for a 1977 exhibition game vs. the Texas Rangers), PLUS the largest crowd ever in Gregory Gymnasium (5,072 for a 1998 game vs. Texas A&M) PLUS the maximum capacity at the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center (2,600) PLUS the largest crowd ever at Red and Charline McCombs softball field (1,570 for a 2006 game vs Ok St), PLUS the maximum capacity at the Texas Tennis Center (1,200) all at the same time (58,271), with another almost 400 people starting to file into DKR...
  2. Does his own moral bankruptcy count in the totals?
  3. Sign this, and they can have all the LIBETY they want:
  4. Fuck Dan Patrick. 'Why are we shut down? The numbers are nowhere as bad as feared and we're shut down... WHY?!??!' It's BECAUSE we are shut down, you useless fuck.
  5. I guess we are supposed to believe "@SexCounseling" over the Republicans' own Senate Intelligence Committee? Because probably at about the same time trump was tweeting out this crap, the Senate was getting ready to release this: https://www.politico.com/news/2020/04/21/senate-intel-report-confirms-russia-aimed-to-help-trump-in-2016-198171
  6. The rest of the school year? Or the rest of 2020?
  7. For a frame of reference: Current "official" US coronavirus death toll is 11,906. That number would equal the largest crowd ever in Disch-Falk Field (a surprising 10,000 for a 1977 exhibition game) PLUS the largest crowd ever at Red and Charline McCombs softball field (1,570) at the same time, and still have over 300 people that don't fit into the stadiums. Gonna have to shift the frame of reference later this week to the Erwin Center.
  8. The banks aren’t behind... they are AHEAD of schedule!!
  9. For some perspective of how big the US totals are growing: 7,152 would rank as the 70th-highest crowd at Disch-Falk Field. If we add the same number tomorrow as we added today, the total would rank as the 2nd-highest crowd ever at Disch-Falk, and we’re talking about having a to add a lot of temporary bleacher seating to get to that total.
  10. “Innovative solutions to these hard problems”?? JKush, come on, bro, do you even middle management? It should have been “innovative solutions to these hard opportunities”.
