  1. All 3 of those are good changes. It was idiotic that in 3rd OT and beyond each team got a timeout for 1 play
  2. To add to your counterpoint, he hasn't had a full complete healthy season since he was a soph in HS.
  3. Quinn's best game post injury in the regular season was vs a depleted Florida team.
  4. So you lied now you're moving goal post. Un fucking believable. I thought it was the one where he made that weird ass pass and the defender wrapped his waist weird and twisted him.
  5. Well technically he was 2-0 and we were talking about after Quinn had missed games. So nice try.
  6. Belichick should have definitely put Bledsoe back at starter after his injury instead of letting Tom Brady play!
  7. He played LB last year as a hybrid edge/LB. My guess is they're going to highlight his versatility in being multiple and improve his draft prospects by doing so where as if he stayed at EDGE he's undersized.
  8. It is only a $13 per game increase, right? Anyone complaining sounds poor.
  9. Absolutely coaching malpractice by Sark if true.
  10. So get get your guy CDC. Also go fuck yourself, pussy.
  11. So everyone games system to get ahead with tons of $599 deals
  12. CJ Vogel Posted 1 hour ago This will take the place of the weekly Friday Roundup as tomorrow is a big day with Quinn Ewers, Matthew Golden, Isaiah Bond and Jaydon Blue are set to meet with the media tomorrow in Indianapolis. Regardless, this is a big week back on campus as the coaching staff returned to seeing the players on the field for a couple of workouts. As a result of winter workouts and football activities continuing, I wanted to share some notes that I have picked up. *** – Starting with a position change. Ryan Niblett has been moved to safety. Originally, Niblett moved from wide receiver to running back, and now he has once again been moved, this time to the defensive side of the ball where he will begin in the safeties room. As far as I have been made aware, NIblett has been receptive of both moves so far. The expectation is that the former Aldine Eisenhower playmaker will start spring football on the defensive side of the ball. – An interesting nugget in regards to 5-star ATH Michael Terry III that I picked up over the week. Prior to being hired by the Detroit Lions, I was told Tashard Choice fought to get Michael Terry III some time in the running backs room. Of course, Choice has since departed and the five-star from Alamo Heights has since begun his Texas career with the wide receivers. As has been the topic of conversation with Terry for most of his recruitment, his ultimate position at Texas will be fluid as he continues to physically develop, but again, wide receiver is the starting spot. – Moving onto additional nuggets from the freshmen – • Freshman QB KJ Lacey has been very impressive so far, I have been told. Look, I am a Trey Owens truther through and through, but the word I received this week is that Lacey is going to really push for the QB2 role. Again, I share that with a bit of cautiousness given Owens has taken some major strides over the last year. The comparison with Lacey to Bryce Young was made during his recruitment and I am told it has resurfaced a bit since he arrived on campus given his arm talent and ability to throw the rock to any part of the field. Really positive remarks early on. • Among the wide receivers, I was told Jaime Ffrenchis probably the furthest along at the moment. Again, the expectation is that Texas will find a portal wide receiver in the spring, but we have seen Sarkisian lean on young wide receivers before and so far, it is Ffrench that is running point. Currently, the biggest focus for Kaliq Lockett is getting up to speed with the requirements of the position. Basically, learning the nuances of each position, formation, route concept, etc. I was told he isn't far away. • I believe I mentioned this earlier in the winter, but the returns on OL Nick Brooks have been very positive. For many who see Brooks for the first time, I think there is a necessary moment of reflection after seeing just truly how big he is. But in actuality, Brooks has done very well early on in his collegiate career, I am told. • Defensively, the big fellas up front have drawn some interest so far. Josiah Sharma and Myron Charles have each been mentioned. Sharma specifically as one of the larger early enrollees in the Sarkisian era. There is a lot of optimism in regards to both out of state defensive linemen. Our @Gerry Hamilton mentioned it earlier in the winter, but I will reiterate – the expectations for Justus Terry are very high. Beginning his career at JACK, Terry is expected to see time both inside and outside on the defensive line in the spring. *** One thing that I have continued to hear about The University of Texas since arriving in Indianapolis is the rapport on the media stage matches the on-field swagger the team has played with over the last two years. I think in large part, you can attribute Jahdae Barron for knocking out the media circuit today, but you can point back to T'Vondre Sweat, Xavier Worthy and Jordan Whittington from 2024 who all dominated in these settings and set the path for Texas players to receive some early shine in the Draft process. Looking ahead to 2026, the names Anthony Hill Jr., Malik Muhammad, DJ Campbell and Jelani McDonald have all been mentioned in regards to guys expected to carry the torch.
  13. I think Broughton has some kind of injury. Unsure on Collins because he participated in other drills.
  14. that’s cool. Ewers self sacked multiple times and had multiple turnovers. A QB with any semblance of athleticism and use of his legs helps the line. Instead we have a statue fucking idiot back there
  15. Not his fault Sark is a hard headed dipshit that can't swallow his ego.
