  1. Good for him. I bet he's still the top candidate if Drayton bounces to the NFL though. Guess the streets were wrong this time
  2. Per 247, Bo Davis was his primary recruiter at Bama
  3. smudge14255 has a point - Sark hasn't developed any players in the two months since he's taken the job. Might as well fire him now.
  4. Remember when Zach Evans went on national TV and publicly begged for Georgia to let him commit? That's the next step up from where this kid is right now
  5. Just lost his head coach to Texas, I bet he does. With how things are currently looking at WR, would he have been told to look around by the new staff even if he had sty committed?
  6. This guy doesn't realize what happened to the last shithead who strolled in here with 1k rep and decided to be an annoying prick
  7. I'm not too far from Junipero Serra - might have to go watch this kid throw at Elite 11 this summer
  8. Looch is realizing that aggy just finished second in the SECW, probably their peak as long as Saban is around, the season that Looch has been promising his subs that has been coming for years...yet they still don't have a clear recruiting advantage against a team who has sucked ass for the better part of a decade. And that terrifies him.
  9. Calling Banks a strong lean is generous. I don't think anyone has that strong of a grasp on his recruitment.
  10. "Ewers is flipping back this weekend. Won't say anything more, don't want to spoil anything."
  11. Was he? Thought he got benched at the end of the season.
  12. Saban has no "in" wrt recruiting the state of Texas after losing Banks and Scott. This is almost certainly a move to build that back up again.
  13. So Burton is saying this guy is set to be the assistant director of player personnel...we're really hiring the assistant director before the director himself
  14. Worth noting that Hamilton and Wells both replied effectively confirming this info and insinuating that the fear of seeming flaky is Texas' biggest hurdle at this point
  15. Why bother subscribing to insider sites? With your son on the team, you're your own insider.
  16. Here's hoping Sark isn't as bad at playing TCU as Herman was, because that TCU-OU-OSU stretch could be rough depending on how OSU looks post-Wallace/Hubbard. At least our bye week is right after.
  17. IT Recruiting Matters: Blue recruiting OL’s, Golden on the radar, TCU vs. Texas
  18. I'm no evaluator but have to think we take him as a safety due to a smaller WR class in 2022 and us trending positively for our top WR targets
  19. I'm aware, I'm referring to the general consternation from some about the principle of taking an OOS QB in Sark's first cycle as Texas HC.
