  1. Shaw led Stanford to 40 wins from 2015-2018. Harbaugh left in 2010.
  2. Everything you have said about Stanford, I swear I had already read all of it. Then I remembered, it was put out there by the LA Times, back in late summer / early fall of this year. I'm too lazy to find the article but it had all of the same points and conjecture
  3. One Ball shining service for Hugh, coming up
  4. I don't think it had anything to do with Jesus. I think it was related to escort services
  5. What exactly did Hugh Freeze do at Ole miss? I remember it was something about escort services. Was he banging hookers, or calling up hookers for players?
  6. I respectfully disagree. i.e. I doubt Fritz told recruits, while at Tulane, that he was there to win FBS championships. He may tell them he is there to win the conference championship - I can get onboard with that.
  7. Seeing how Fritz is 62, I imagine GaTech is his last HC stop
  8. Got it. I better understand where you are coming from. I'm not really sure what Stanfords long term plans for football are. Is football running in the red? I assume so. Being a private school they don't have to disclose their operating costs / net / losses. Even then, I find it hard to believe they would outright drop the program. Stanford blew ass for like 15 years and they didn't cut it. Why do it now?
  9. No school needs football money to stay afloat. Even with the crazy amount of TV revenue that has flooded the sport the past 10 years, School operating budgets dwarf football budgets. For example, UCLA's operating budget was 9 Billion in 2021.
  10. So if they leave a G5 school (for a P5 program) to pursue a championship, are they pursuing a championship while they are at said G5 school?
  11. Does that include coaches who are at G5 schools?
  12. That makes sense. I hadn't thought of that. That's funny.
  13. Perhaps I think too little of Ga Tech, but going there seems like something barely above a lateral move.
  14. The kicker from pedophile state was always one of my favorites
  15. losing a corch is tough enough. but when you lose two corches..yikes
  16. I think he needs to recover from his meth addiction before he considers taking another hc job.
  17. Have you seen Petersen? He looks like the guy in Limitless who dies when he runs out of NZT and the huge deal/merger falls through.
  18. Why do they have a program?
  19. pretty sure bringing an aac team to the big 12 and taking over a talented big 12 team, are quite different.
  20. Fickell knows whats coming with the Big 12 move - regular ass beatings and his reputation is going to get tarnished. smart move to go to Wiscy if he does it
  21. Glad Shaw stepped down. That was classy because he knows he has lost the program but they weren't going to fire him. He could have just stayed another couple years and cashed checks. He has been there 16 years and had a great run for them.
  22. oklahoma can suck me sideways
  23. stanford suuuucks why don't they just fire shaw already. that or drop the rule that their athletes can't major in finger painting
