  1. The thing is that you can "earn" that by doing pretty much any amount of work. The question then becomes reasonableness of the fee, which as you know isn't the most critical analysis.
  2. I don't see what's so suspicious about it, especially when everyone knows dotard is under investigation for various crimes across this great land. And in any event any question should be raised by defendants, not the judge. That still pisses me off.
  3. Lol at comparing the amounts given to a fucking country and to an individual U.S. citizen. And acting like that's the full extent of the federal assistance they'll get is cute. The people who spread this disingenuous bullshit should be liquidated.
  4. Dotard confirmed to be missing debate and instead trying to upstage it with an interview with Tucker. The eventual Tucker vs. Fox legal battle is going to be epic. I predict Tucker gets his ass kicked.
  5. That would have been a dumbass thing to say even if the electricity was generated exclusively using renewable energy.
  6. Is a mobster telling a restaurant owner to do something when he says "it'd be a good idea to do this thing for me. It'd be terrible if something happened to this place"?
  7. To be fair, he didn't say he's the one with high intelligence. He's right that we've been clamoring for such a person. Either way, that fact has nothing to do with the rest of his post.
  8. Because Joe Biden is an extremist socialist who will nationalize your business, take away our guns and make everyone get abortions! Except for all the illegals he lets across the border!
  9. I think an administration as a party to a suit is a totally different animal than the appointer being a criminal defendant in a case in front of the appointee. Especially when the appointer is looking at the rest of his worthless life in prison. Even if that weren't the case, it's obvious that Trump is a different animal than every other potus in that he's worshiped by a cult in which Cannon and the Federalist Society are high priests. Don't really think that an appellate court could or would fashion an objective test for determining a politician is the head of a cult, though. The Special Master snafu probably wouldn't justify recusal in a vacuum, but in context I think it's damning. Sounds like we'll have to agree to disagree on that.
  10. To anyone sentient and possessing even a passing familiarity with human beings, merely pointing to the fact that the defendant gave her the fucking gavel should be sufficient proof of bias in his favor. Add in the overwhelming "I wanna suck a little orange dick" energy from her rulings last year and I don't know how you make a credible argument that she isn't biased.
  11. This is fucking insane. It's unbelievable how much damage Cheeto Benito managed to inflict on this country in 4 years. Not that the damage stopped at the end of his term.
  12. Just listened to this and it was indeed hilarious, thanks.
  13. Couldn't agree more. I'm usually the last person to jump to the conspiracy conclusion, but that doesn't mean I pretend they don't happen. They do and this is starting to look like one.
  14. I wish I hadn't read them. The amount of insane idiots in this country is depressing as hell.
  15. There's zero chance of the clown's case in chief not being a circus regardless of cameras. I can't imagine what would be a compelling argument against televising. Trials are public events, and refusing to allow television in this day and age is unseemly as fuck, and is particularly foolish when so many people are falling prey to misinformation and conspiracy theories. Congress should've already forced this on the judiciary in my opinion.
