  1. Sark can’t adjust after they shut that run play down. It’s the same fucking story every single game.
  2. I know for a fact that Chrispy is not Donkey.
  3. Their rights do not supersede others. It’s definitely a delicate issue that we’ve yet to properly work out.
  4. I don’t think I’ve ever discussed abortion on this forum, but I suppose it’s possible. I have at some point posted after a few beers, unfortunately. They absolutely have the right to privacy and should be allowed to feel comfortable. That’s what I consider to be the bare minimum as a parent.
  5. I don’t think I’ve mentioned sexual assault once. Trans people aren’t deviants. It’s a discussion about when two peoples rights bump into each other and how to properly address the issue with as much respect as possible.
  6. I have absolutely no issues with you or any other trans adult. That’s not what’s being discussed.
  7. A lot of parents don’t want boys in their daughters restrooms or locker rooms, I don’t think that’s all that unreasonable.
  8. You’re wrong, but I understand the need to pretend it doesn’t exist.
  9. There’s not a uniform answer to that question, it varies. I think many were on board when it pertained to adults, but it’s now moved to children. When you ask parents to let boys into their daughter’s restrooms and dominate women’s sports, the worm turned.
  10. The Qanon group concerns me the most as far as violence is concerned, although admittedly I know very little about them. Social issues is where you find the nutty ideas on the other end of the spectrum. I don’t waste my time worrying about socialism, Americans love making money too much.
  11. The majority is definitely pushing back against anything related to the issue of gender. It seems to be playing a significant role in moving suburban moms towards the Republicans this cycle.
  12. No, my college buddies still in Austin. Although one of them married a chick from Longview, so maybe that’s rubbing off as well.
  13. Fundamentally, the argument really boils down to rate of change, so it makes sense that as age we have less appetite for anything radical. I’m going to see who they run in ‘24, that will tell me a lot. If they can’t understand that suburban women are the reason for the current momentum and still decide to run Trump, well, they’re more or less conceding the election. I wouldn’t even bother voting and I’ve never missed an election.
  14. I thought it was about cat kids? We’ll see where we’re at in ‘24 before I jump ship, but fair enough.
  15. It’s less to do with the current topics and more of a change in the way you approach them. I’ve noticed it in a lot of my friends as we move into the 2nd half of our 30’s. Of course, I just think it’s less common.
  16. Everything was less political in 2015. Ah, better times. But I also think that people move to the right as they age, so it’s somewhat predictable.
  17. My point, which got lost in the weeds, wasn’t that I’m putting this at the feet of Dems. It’s that they’re finally admitting it’s real, albeit too late. Well, at least sane people.
  18. They’re not electing Beto, that’s something at least.
  19. I saw that, right next to the mortal kombat fatality codes. I much prefer recipes from Pinterest, though.
  20. Texans don’t want more criminals on the streets, news at 11.
  21. I think you’re a dork for getting political views from Reddit, so I guess we’re even.
  22. Beto wants to end cash bail. Of all the things to say regarding crime, that’s quite possibly the worst. He’s his own worst enemy with the dumb shit he says.
