  1. Don't think she had it, think Kidman's character(terrible with recalling character names) had it, thinking back on what her asshole hubby told her.
  2. I need some nekkid Triss and Shani, Yennifer can get it too but the two gingers were my favorite lays, playing as Geralt.
  3. They covered that. The detective called him in, knowing he was dating Jane, to try and dig any info out of him. Asking him if Jane had admitted anything to him. I imagine he is telling the truth, as anything else is too far fetched. Agreed that it was an OK season but far from S1. I think it wrapped up nicely and we do not need any further seasons. I mean, what would S3 be anyway, the aftermath of them telling the truth? I am fine assuming 4 of the 5 get a slap on the wrist and maybe Kravitz character gets a little harder slap, like maybe probation.
  4. Dad only had two tractors, a dozer, a backhoe and a dumptruck. He had at least one(if not 10) of most every tool known to man, including several sets of Starrett precision tools(he was a millwright for the last 30 years he worked). One of these days, I am going to have to go through it all, pick out a good set of tools and sell off the rest.
  5. Those last two lines sum up my dad, RIP you glorious man. We have like 4 outbuildings, filled with tools and he built on a two car garage, attached to the basement, which is filled with tools now.
  6. You cain't have my cornbread...said by me at multiple family gatherings.
  7. I am also middle aged and a centrist in most things. I see a little from both sides. Like the above tidbits were taken out of context. Still, he should not have even brought that stuff up. He should have known that they would be taken out of context. I was sitting in the room when he said those things and I cringed a little. He basically said they(Clemson) were focused and we(Bama) were not. He gave Clemson credit but then opened himself up for targeting. Just move on, do better next time.
  8. There are no excuses, we just got bitchslapped. Do I think the coaches fucked up, yep and that comes back on Saban. He is a great coach but he also is far from perfect.
  9. My short write-up on a special sneak peak we got at SECMD19 tonight.
  10. Wrong time to ask that, as they have set up home and homes with Texas, OU, ND and WVU since last year. As for why they did all the neutral site games, ATL and DFW threw a fuckton of money at them. Finally, it got tough to get other teams to agree to them, so they had to go back to the home and home thing, which I much prefer, as a season ticket holder. Hell, they have even set up a 2 for 1 with USF. It had zero to do with fear.
  11. Finally saw Infinity War on Netflix. Interesting and I know, even though I haven't seen Endgame, the gist of what happens in it. Hard to avoid spoilers these days. Yes, I know I am way behind. Probably Redbox Endgame rather than wait for it to drop on Netflix.
  12. Steve is getting his plot armor from being sexually frustrated. He is like a magical being right now. Once he dips his wick again, look for him to bite the dust soon after. Also, there were gays and lesbians back in the 80's, they just did not flaunt it as much as current day. We had at least one of each in my high school class, at least we were pretty sure they were but they did not come out and declare it. The guy hung out with girls and the girl hung out with guys but never dated/hooked up with any of them. They both showed the classic signs but never verbally admitted it.
  13. Yep, methinks it is Brenner, which is how they knew to go to Hawkins in the first place. They have had him since the end of S1. He likely knew his project was toast in the US and ran to the Ruskies. Of course, they keep him locked up when they do not need anything from him. He likely does not care, as long as he gets to do mad science on occasion.
  14. I am going to SEC Media Days for the first time ever, next week. I will be on the other side of the ropes from the public, as I am going as a member of the media. I am going to report for the Reddit college football subreddit. I have also been invited to a special screening of an upcoming show this fall on SECN, "Saturdays in the South". It will be eight 90 minute episodes covering the history of football in the conference from it's inception to modern day. Spurrier, Herschel and Archie Manning will be there with us. Any questions you might have for the coaches or players, post them here and I might actually ask one, if I get the chance. My question for Saban, again if I get to ask one, will be about Bama's never playing any in state G5 or FCS teams. I will preface it with saying that I know he does not make the schedules and it predates his being there but that I am sure he has some say in the matter.
  15. Poor use of Craig. I assume that is supposed to be a southern accent. Sounded too much like Foghorn Leghorn. Looks like it might be entertaining though, that fault aside.
  16. They kill off Lucas, who is going to fire the wrist rocket the requisite once per season? Also, he was pretty involved this season, as the Doctor of Love to Mike. Will, OTOH, other than his neck thingy and bemoaning the loss of the DnD group(which had a purpose, a longing for a simpler time before he was traumatized), did kind of fade into the background some. If any of the original main cast bites it, he would be the logical one, as he is forever scarred. Lucas dying, would serve little purpose, especially since he did not die first.
  17. While that is true, you have to go look harder for the good these days, thanks to radio and record producers. The best music does not find it's way to the radio nearly as much as it did back then. Back in the 70's and 80's, you had some "rebels" at many of the stations, ones that would play the better, less mass friendly music. That led to it getting heard much easier. It it easier today to find the music, with everything on the net, but you have to actually put in the effort. Very little of it will get airplay.
  18. It sounds like the next season will be sometime around either Thanksgiving or Christmas of 2020. Note the talk of them all getting back together on one of those holidays.
  19. Going off memory but I think he was talking about his actual daughter, the one he lost. The guys following him were probably feds, just making sure he was not up to something other than what had been discussed with him, when they had him in custody.
  20. Finished and they took this season to 11.
  21. Just skipping past all your likely spoilery posts. Halfway through this season and so far, so awesome.
  22. Alabama assistant S&C coach, Josh Chapman, got his second DUI since joining the staff, last night. I bet he is gone by Monday. Saban gives second chances but not third chances.
  23. I wouldn't exactly call myself an outdoorsman. Maybe 25 years ago, when I was still in shape. I just like to kayak and raft every once in a while.
  24. Yeah, this will be my third time down the river. Got dumped out once and had to catch up to the raft, me and two others. We got too close to the banks and a limb was sticking out, went to duck under it and fell out.
