  1. 10 year down .07 today. Small victories
  2. Mike Lay - Austin 512-785-5149 mike@appraisalhouseusa.com Give me a bit on Houston and I'll get back to you
  3. Does he know sports? Umpiring was decent easy money back in the early 2000s for a student.
  4. I feel like it should be a federal charge
  5. That's the fastest I've moved in years
  6. Quoted for truth. Between title or UW or seller or any combo of the above there's too many options for someone to drop the ball. And then even once it's closed title may drag ass on funding as well.
  7. Unless it's a one man shop, why don't they have someone who can pick up the slack. And title could have helped and stepped in. A processor could have. He'll the AE for the lender could have. I'm not saying any of them should have. But they could have if someone's dying. But as Doug alluded to several balls were dropped, none of which you did. I think you'll be fine, but you should be rightfully annoyed how many people failed you in the process
  8. Who is the lender. Not the broker but the lender. Let me see if I can help
  9. I expect a wave of declines. Name your price for Altuve
  10. Three of these guys should be in AAA for diff reasons. Wesneski was a throw in and needs to hone his talents. Desenzo needs to be there because he's a AAAA player right now. And if you're not gonna play Cam every day then put him there so he can get AB. Damn Dana do I need to walk down the street to tell you this directly
  11. George springer expiring contract
  12. Everyone struggled and it's based on the whole season. Not 60 hours (of horrid ball).
  13. Buyers a la carte are gonna want the best rate of course but they're gonna pay what they're gonna pay because someone's gotta finance them. Now if you're talking about what rate would it take Tommy Bevo to decide to finally upsize/downsize/make the move wherever and sell his home to net enough money to lose his ~3.0% rate I would guess would be 4.99 and below. At least for the majority to be comfy. I think more will peek around at 5.5% and such. Then the guys that bought in the last 2 years are so are waiting for that 5.xx anything to pull the trigger depending on type of loan, loan amount, and of course rate they bought at. So in conclusion anywhere in a ~2% delta
  14. Yeah deadshank is my Houston guy
  15. Time to cash out refi it sounds like (not really, I feel like your first lien is stupid low)
  16. Small but noteworthy gains. Been small but noteworthy gains for about a week solid. Some call that a winning streak. Getting closer..
