  1. I read some of the article. I thought for a minute it was similar to learning about furries and whatnot, as in the Kirk thread, but soon enough agreed with OP that despair for mankind is an appropriate response.
  2. Add the ACV to water. Take three times a day, with daily total adding up to one to two tablespoons.
  3. Think of Royce in Terms of Endearment.
  4. Maybe if your mother wasn’t such an enthusiastic whore I’d get more exercise.
  5. No. You can hate evil. Weakness and incompetence are not necessarily evil, and are due the sort of pity that, in the extreme, ranges from disgust to ridicule. It is fair to view these actions as complicity, which has been veiled. That is despicable evil but that does not describe the party in its entirety. The Republican Party, otoh, is all in on evil. th/dr hate the individuals involved. Don’t hate on Crockett.
  6. Okay. That makes sense. I’ll bring your comment to my pcp and get her reaction.
  7. Decades ago, I used to suffer from gout. High uric acid. For years I tool Allopurinol, daily, to no effect. When I took the advice of a vediic medicine practitioner, and ingested one fluid ounce of equal parts apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and honey, first thing every morning for one month, my blood test showed my uric acid levels were low normal. Only one data point, for sure. But, remarkable. And the results proving this are part of my medical history. So, I have no problem believing acv aids weight loss, when limiting caloric intake and increasing exercise. The studies I cited say the same thing
  8. Knock yourself out. I’m sure plenty of folks put money into acv studies. Or, you know, you could exercise your own self vaunted skills. Of course, an honest person would acknowledge that vinegar and ivermectin are in different categories, in so far as harm is considered, and in no way equate the two. Nevertheless, you have said enough, and truth is there for the discerning. Go suck fascist ass.
  9. Here you go, you, as yet to be established, number cruncher, here is a similar study among Japanese folk: https://academic.oup.com/bbb/article-abstract/73/8/1837/5947518?redirectedFrom=fulltext Edited to say that, yes, I do enjoy vinegar. I’ve been known to drink pickle juice on really hot days that I work outside.
  10. Get into the numbers, shithead. That is supposedly your raison d'être. Then, if you find a discrepancy, explain that fault, for the first fucking time, like your audience is a five year old. But, I do note that you have quit using RFK’s shit as masturbatory lubricant. So, congrats.
  11. I haven’t read the whole thread, and this might have already been posted. But, for those trying to lose weight, this study shows consuming apple cider vinegar (and I will suggest acv with bacteria) daily significantly increases weight loss. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S1756464618300483?via%3Dihub Start out with 1/2tsp in water. It is suggested to imbibe the vinegar/water before meals. Increase, as palatable, to two TBS, spread out thrice daily.
  12. Total gaping prolapse, all the time.
  13. Got to say, Bella Cuomo appears as if she would be a good mamdate.
  14. On one hand, folks who want to stifle discussion chafe. On the other, there are “massive mommy milkers.”
  15. I like pie. Pie beats cake every time. Except tres leches cake. That’s pretty good, too. Edited at the insistence of my wife to point out it is pumpkin flan season.
  16. Csb/ A guy I know is a potter who was invited to spend a month with a Japanese potter of some renown. He shares two stories of his time there. The first is a meeting he attended between this Japanese potter and a nationally famous restauranteur who wanted the first guy’s wares in a new venture. After a lot of formal posturing, the clay guy rejected the offer. His explanation was that the restaurant dude used sugar in his food. A couple of weeks later, this guy I know found himself wandering around his host’s house, mainly the kitchen. The Japanese potter appeared, out of the darkness, to say that my buddy wouldn’t find what he was searching for: there was no sugar in the house. /csb
  17. Booze, food, and football.
  18. Because my life has taught me there are some things Eastern medicine does better than Western medicine, (please note that I said some things,) I want to report that my new primary care provider has learned both schools. Yes, there are things that are getting better.
  19. Folks checking out on politics is proceeding as expected. Good job,
