  1. This offseason has been far more entertaining than any "product" the Texans have ever put on the football field. As a former fan I am enjoying it immensely.
  2. This is a lawyer clearly not serving his clients well. What a lunatic.
  3. This is a big yikes. This goes back to 2019 and she's not one of the 19 women who have sued so far.
  4. It will be interesting to see if this happens. Already some places, like Rutgers, have made this announcement. Hopefully UT does as well.
  5. Why do people keep linking Clay fucking Travis on this board? He is a mouth-breathing moron.
  6. I worked with Rusty a couple of years ago. Still very sharp. I'd want him in my corner in a case like this over just about anyone else.
  7. Haha. It's Rusty Hardin vs Tony Buzbee. No fucking contest.
  8. Buzbee is a complete ass. Anyone thinking he's got the "goods" on Watson, or lies on the side of virtue here, is sorely mistaken.
  9. Have lived in Houston for 20 years as an adult. This place has been good to me and my family, and I consider it my city. I used to have Texans season tickets. The McNairs have ruined the franchise, IMO, by conducting a jihad-like purge of the locker room. Now, I'm just here now to watch this shit burn to the ground.
  10. Caserio was on 610 in Houston this morning. Said absolutely nothing of substance. He was pretty easy to dislike, which is good, because he's a lot like the rest of the front office in that regard.

    SpaceX

In terms of orbital rocket reuse? No. Blue Origin is 2-3 years away with New Glenn, but that will be surpassed by Starship. Only China has the resources and will to compete. Everyone else is playing catch-up and it’s 42-14 in the third quarter.

If you're at all interested in the origins of SpaceX (or their McGregor test site, for that matter) this new book is excellent. It's called LIFTOFF and the author apparently had access to everyone at the company.
  13. It's hard to win Watson's trust, but when you have it you're golden. And when you lose it, as the Texans "front office" has done, you're fucked.
  14. Yes, but it's like earning 1 percent interest on your money. So ... not a great investment.
