Most people here thought he would be "Doubtful" if not "Out"
What benefit does Venables have to be forthcoming about his status

Stolen from Nash on Twitter, but their confidence in their o-line seems unfounded. It reminds me of the hype Michigan’s d-line had going into our game last year.
Only four more combined starts while two of our guys have zero. Assuming the last column is snaps then we have more experience at 3670 snaps to their 3312. Our average pff grade is 66.4 to their 58.66. The left tackle transfer from Rice they banked on claiming a starting job wasted all the reps during spring and the first two weeks of fall camp before Day realized he wasn’t good enough leading to a reshuffle. On top of that their edge and interior d-line group took a big step back and has zero depth. It seems more likely that both are average (for a blue blood) rather than elite.

Tim May was a looooong time reporter for the Columbus Dispatch. He has his head firmly up the progam's ass. Kirk Bohls voted for Reggie Bush.
Man couldn’t think of a single question mark for Ohio State, reminded me of the confidence Michigan had last year.

The first year starter thing is a little overblown
