  1. My guess is that it's going to be an expose that shows that 7v7 is corrupt and that *gasp* coaches and trainers are taking cash and jobs to funnel recruits to certain schools, etc... SHOCK THE NATION
  2. Perroni's entire confidence level came from talking with Banks at that small Houston OL/DL camp once. From that point forward he considered everything in that conversation gospel and has touted time and again that he is the closest to this recruitment, all the while ignoring everything that has happened since. FWIW, Banks committed to OkState in September of 2019 and was recruited by Dickey. Henson was hired by aggy in February of 2019.
  3. OMG!!! 7v7 is corrupt!!! Trainers and coaches are funneling players to certain schools for cash and jobs. Film at 11.
  4. Much like gravity you don't have to believe in it for it to be true. I don't really want to get into it all over again and I don't really care one way or the other what people believe. I'll just say what I said before - don't expect the younger crew to engage.
  5. I wouldn't expect the "young" crowd to engage at all and you can thank CDC for that.
  6. Or... Riley got greedy looking at the big board - and in the process went from leading for Sexton, Iuli, and Agbo to playing from behind. Trying to get them all to slow down their recruitments only for Alabama, Oregon, LSU and Texas to turn up the heat at that time was a shit sandwich served directly to Bedenbaugh and now OU leads for none of those three. Look, I get trying to find some personality issue with the player and his family is preferable to pointing out a recruiting gaffe by the HC but the reality is that Riley wanting to slow things down caused the same exact reaction in 3 guys at the same spot - OU goes from comfortable lead to trailing in the pack. For all three. I don't think they were all trying to be edgy, I think they all got frustrated and felt disrespected. Now OU trails, hence the heat now turned up on Dayne Shor and George Fitzpatrick because Rice, Banks, Booker, Greene the pipe dreams are all drying up.
  7. This. Very much this. tiktok, IG, Twitch, any of those platforms - they monetize that shit VERY well. If you think it's only gonna be blue chip players or the big names you haven't paid attention to the money that can be made. Twitch is a fucking monster cash feed because you have subscriptions, ads, donations, sponsorships, and streaming (read Youtube) all as revenue streams. Imagine you are T. Sweat you are already paid by Dell to play games only on ALIENWARE LAPTOPS - and then you stream Fortnite or COD or w/e (again sponsored by Dell) picking up subscribers at 1¢ to $1 per viewer per hour (current Twitch trends) If you get 10,000 viewers, that’s $100 to $10,000 per hour of gameplay - on top of the money you already get by being a Dell/Alienware sponsored player. Oh, and while you do it - you are on IG and hit some reels as well - all showing your Alienware laptop - your RAZR mouse - your TAG watch, etc ... (each with a $$$ attached). And this is is just 1 TINY example and it would not take a blue chip big star to be successful. Some of the funniest and most engaging guys are going to stand to hit it big. If someone like TLaw had done this twice a week last year? HUGE money. HUGE. to play video games for 2-3 hours a week. One example.
  8. Mykel Williams makes it official - USC :: https://247sports.com/player/mykel-williams-46097211/
  9. Just catching up but can anyone shed some light on why Stone is needed at all - much less a scholarship K/P? With a PWO K, a P, and LS already in the 3 year rolling class... I'd much rather have that counter at OL, CB, etc ... 10. I hope it gives him gonorrhea, herpes, black lung, and shingles. Twice.
  11. He and Iuli (and his bro Agbo) all seemed to be frustrated by the OUs desire to slow everything down and push visits to the season. I think Alabama moving in just as OU was attempting to slow things down was probably a big factor. I also think he is one of the players rumored to have concerns about Bennie Wylie. I read that Lehman and Ikard piled on Bennie pretty hard on the podcast/radio. Not sure why it’s taken so long for them to figure out he’s a problem.
  12. Oregon, imo. I think he's a guy that will get a lot more heat turned up on him once the very top guys get slotted. This spring he's shown that he has very good lateral quickness for his size and is killing guys in a camp setting.
  13. Because he doesn't like OU. Dude has actually killed it at camps this year and has dropped bad weight and kept it off. Fucking Ferrell.
  14. I was thinking CMT's HeeHaw 2021 Revival - but yeah. A boring single color backdrop would've been better than that abortion.
  15. seems like it's this. Humphrey wanted in the aggy class and Rushing/Elko wanted to slow it down. Not sure why, guys that are his size, actually good at football, and run 10.55 are not plentiful and honestly kind of a dire need for a room that doesn't have enough speed. It's now crossed various HCs, DCs, and DB coaches but the CB recruiting specifically remains some kind of kryptonite. Even guys that literally fall in your hands - it makes the Deuce Harmon signing that much more impressive. I just checked and you guys have 21 offers out to CB for 2022. Your current CB commit is a FS. I don't think you lead for any of the other 20 players. Like Texas, it doesn't appear that Rushing has even built a cursory relationship with any of the next tier of in-state guys (like Evans, Chambers, Peoples). I guess perhaps Texas and A&M are going to hold off and try for the big game (Harris and Brooks) and expect to move in late (post-summer camps?) to make a move on the next tier.
  16. Rumfield has moved to Temple and looks like he'll be their starting QB (clout post) ::
