  1. SWEPCO services most of that area and the outages are due to downed power lines.
  2. No, but looks like his auction items for larger pieces go in the 1800 to 2800 range. Bluebonnets seem to always add to the price.
  3. Stayed at The Statler for Old 97s county fair a couple of times. As a Mid Mod fan we really enjoyed it. For a little less expensive options in that area we like The Indigo on the other side of The Garden Park and The Magnolia at Pegasus Plaza.
  4. Off to auction for the Brunet. Wife somewhat verklempt cause it was her Mother’s. Dikes specializes in Texas artists. Some other pieces at his gallery:

  7. She was a Public Defender in Bowie County. She knows how to deal with these people.
  8. Doc Watson cover by Sunny War.
  9. I only do Urban Assault on an E-bike. Never ridden on any MTB trails. You are supposed to get a permit from USACE to ride on Northshore. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1NzRbfEdBmeWu5xz27gPLvjtOYZo3tnCd2r57tWTasHc/htmlview

  11. Actually it was his sister in law Linda who told David (TKs brother) that some of his letters had similarities to his manifesto. David loved the Big Bend area and had/has? a place near Terlingua. He lived there for a while off the grid before moving to NYC. They eventually built a cabin and would vacation there frequently. I met David one night at La Kiva.
  12. Finished it. Enjoyed it. Pumped for this year’s race now.
  13. Yeah. Interesting band. They usually dropped some weird little gem on their albums. Got turned on to them from a cool 1981 Ze Records disco/punk/funk compilation “Seize the Beat”
  14. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aryan_Freedom_Network Pretty easy to find out who they are.
  15. They were already found to be in violation of antitrust laws in the 90s but no action was taken.
  16. He will have plenty of time to campaign once he’s elected.

  18. I posted this Texas artist Adele Brunet still life earlier in this thread. My wife wants to send it to auction at David Dyke Fine Art in Dallas. They specialize in Texas and have sold several of her pieces. If anyone here is interested in it let me know. Truly beautiful piece but we have no place for it. Dyke estimates 1K to 2K range. Not trying to”eBay” it but would just as soon let someone from here have it.
  19. “Lunatic Thugs” is my second favorite Red Rider song.
