  1. At least we have a bright future when The Olds are gone. https://crunder30.com/
  2. Saw it at The Inwood when it was released. Brought back good memories from a year before.
  3. Done that a couple of times with my Vespa. Most recently last month. They only did that to me when I did it online. When I do it in person they ask me if it has been driven or if I’ve gotten any tickets and give me a sticker from the current month.
  4. Can’t remember why I bought this when it was released. It seemed so intense it took numerous listens before it wormed its way into my brain. “More recently, other musicians have written very favorably of the album; for instance, Lydia Lunch named it one of her 13 favorite albums in 2013.[16] A 2009 article in Magnet called the album a "lost classic", and said that on the album, "the Fibbers' warped alt-country twang haunted the City of Angels like ghosts of California country’s past, full of grinding violin and poisoned tales of junkies, madness and lost innocence."[17] Nels Cline, who joined the Geraldine Fibbers for the recording of their second album, Butch, called Lost "a stone classic" in an interview with the Vancouver Sun in 2014.[18] Also in 2014, Spin ranked the album as the 9th best album of 1995, and, like previous reviews of the album, compared its sound to that of X.[19] In 2017, Al Shipley described the album as a "country feedback masterpiece", adding that it was his "...favorite rock album of the 90's.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lost_Somewhere_Between_the_Earth_and_My_Home
  5. His “Kari Lake Camera Filter” is back ordered on Amazon.
  6. Does the couple who bought it after the murder still own it? Thought I heard they sold it. I met David Kaczynski there one night.
  7. This was a go to party album for us in the 90’s. Fun intoxicating blend of reggae/tex-mex/Caribbean/rock… Some of the coolest covers ever. Werewolves of London, Papa was a Rolling Stone and others. Nothing like a room full of very greasy and lubricated heathens singing along to “Tiki Torches at Twilight” “Tiki torches at twilight Hula girls at the bar All the guys from the office Are throwing up in their cars” Also, just found this at the thrift store last month.
  8. First time I’ve seen them admit the objective is to put a “filter” on what is being taught. I looked up the school mentioned and they teach using the ABEKA Book curriculum. Apparently one of the top curriculums for Christian schools and homeschooling, along with ACE and Bob Jones University Press. After reading excerpts from their history books, I will invoke my Sovereign Citizen rights if they try to make me help fund that insanity.
  9. Yup. Quiet part out loud. “CORSICANA — In this small city southeast of Dallas, where residents are protective of their public schools, Gov. Greg Abbott touted his plan to allow private school vouchers as necessary to give parents control of their children’s education. “Parents are angry about woke agendas being pushed on their children in our schools,” Abbott said this week during a speech at Park Meadows Academy, a church and school that stresses a Christian education. “Our schools are for education, not indoctrination.” As he made the argument that “parental empowerment” was needed to help filter what’s being taught in schools, Abbott said that empowerment should include creating a system where parents can use taxpayer-funded vouchers to send their children to private schools” https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/texas-gov-greg-abbott-hits-road-to-tout-school-voucher-plan/ar-AA1868UY

We will be performing the album cover to cover, plus playing other favorites, and have Jesse Ahern on as support. Presale tickets will be available starting at 10am local time tomorrow using the code: ADDITUP” Find ticket links on VFemmes.com/tour

  14. This could be trouble. Behind the Pine Curtain middle schools are “ institutes of higher learning” Actually I thought the bill was to outlaw drop boxes at Colleges. The polling place where I live that has the highest turnout is the Community College. This sucks.
