  1. It's worth recalling that the above picture was snapped at a nationally televised game where most of us got our first real look at Elko. He knew he was going to be on camera and that's how he showed up. I'd had no idea what he looked like. My only thought was that he better be a brilliant coach if he thinks this is an adequate image for the face of the program. As we learned, it wasn't a one off. He doesn't give a shit. I look like shit a lot of the time, but if I were a millionaire heading a multi-million dollar operation, I'd go to a fucking tailor and hire a consultant. Snappy white t-shirt under the gorgeous sweatshirt.
  2. Don't forget Pedo State although those guys were probably all already voting MAGA.
  3. Once the Aggies swear to their honor code, sway arms interlocked on shoulder as they sing about us, and speak their first lie about tu, they build an immunity to our toxic vapors and ebil doings. They are the Cassandra of the SEC warning of the toxicity of Texas, but no one will believe them. Another example of their remarkable abilities in the area of dissonance: Do you talk about anyother fan base like this? Does anyone other than the Aggies take a stance like this: As for the last part, just as you did in the Big 12, you voted with Texas when you voted to approve our entry to the SEC, not that we needed it or even cared about it. It takes some pretty extensive self-brainwashing as a matter of tradition to arrive at this absurdly jihadish disposition.
  4. Constant portrayals of persons with badges and guns as being squeaky clean Boy Scouts doesn't help. They are all good guys with guns looking to kill the bad guys with guns. Remember the whoring story in S. America. Look at the willingness of some Secret Service to look the other way when Trump was inciting a riot. Look at the ex-SS guy close to Trump on that day trying to manipulate the SS. If the SS driver and agent in the limo on Jan 6 had not refused to drive Trump to the Capitol, I think that day would have ended/continued far differently. I don't see the Capitol Police bodily trying to keep Trump from entering. I don't know what the rotten GOP members of Congress would have done. Those agents decided on their own to do the right thing. But where was the investigation of the chain of command there and the chain of command through the Pentagon? There needs to be a massive housecleaning and legislation to codify what's treason and what isnt.
  5. Great post. Trump didn't make them up, though. The menace of liberals and the redefinition of that word to just mean evil doers was the creation of Rush and Ronnie. Liberals were/are the new Juden. In many ways, if not in all ways, it works even better than choosing an group that really exists. The illusory liberal looks like you and me! They may be anywhere! You lap up that vomit long enough and it gets into the bloodstream and the brain. This is how they'd have it: But I doubt enough of them have the stones in a heavily armed county to pull a Krystal Nacht. Odd. The guns they want to protect family and county would be turned on them to actually fulfill that role.
  6. I'd love to see Washington have a go at this clown. Lincoln could just about literally tear him limb from limb. Lincoln could take the end of an axe's handle in his hand then hold it, with axe head at the other end, horizontally from his shoulder. One of the notes from his autopsy reveal just how extraordinarily large and developed his arms were. Teddy would cuff him around the room until Trump cried.
  7. It's a smart real estate move. Runoff your nig blacks then build high rise condos. No brainer. Should work in Gaza for his brother from another mother. I fucking hate Netanyahu.
  8. Wearing this hat, Trimp could shoot a lib Supreme Court Justice on Fifth street and not lose a vote.
  9. Out here in Johnson City where we've been for almost 2 years, there have been four or five large Trump signs up. Some have been up since we moved here. The ever hilarious, "Let's go, Brandon!" was on a few. Yesterday, for the first time, I saw a big Harris Waltz sign out on RR 1323 where we live. It's weird that that seems like a brave act. My beloved has become acquainted with some of the local women who have an uspoken rule about not talking politics. I've been on the fence about a sign in the yard. Shamefully, I think it traces back to wanting not to be disliked. My stance has been, I don't want to know who of my friends and acquaintances are Trumpist, so I won't have to decide whether to drop them or not. Your post and the yard sign I've seen here have matured my thinking a little more. I'll declare and anybody who doesn't like it can drop me. Please drop me. If the beloved agrees, I think I need to back the person who already has a sign up.
  10. I was blissfully attending a wedding held on the Northern California coast enjoying the cool air and astonishing beauty of the place. I only heard vaguely of the golf course assassin. I saw about two minutes of FOX News howling about calling Trump a threat to democracy is putting his life in danger. Of course, they're absolutely right about labeling Trump a threat to democracy. He's made it clear that he's an enemy of democracy by: Denying fair election results. Inciting an attack on the Capitol. Publicly supporting Project 2025. We won't stop speaking the truth because a villain worries about the backlash. I caught wind of the McDonalds huge dire horrific story where a constant liar accuses his opponent with a baseless lie. I'm so glad I missed this. I know the template. You know the template. I might have taken up arms. They don't see the new paradigm. They're hide bound and lazy. They don't know how to be real journalists and report what they see and hear without running it through the template of presidential race coverage. Every fucking story becomes, "Thanks, Dana. We'll be back in a minute with our panel to discuss how this might impact the polls." Lazy. Stupid. Now dangerous. Pete B. put an icepick through the eye of the media with his concise retort published above. He shames the media. He's fucking right. He's a great man that his country needs in any number of high level responsibilities including the White House.
  11. We're rewatching the Fargo series. Billy Bob Thorton is so great. Not hard to figure out who Lester represents.
  12. Thinking of Wiggy Baby, it's pretty tough and high-pressure for most QBs at prominent programs. In our history, I'm sort of ashamed at how fans handled Applewhite-Simms. Simms caught shameful amount of shit by the Applewhite adherents. That happens to just about every Aggie QB other than Stephen McGee and Manziel. Tannehill didn't get adoration, but he wasn't beaten down much. I read yesterday someone writing on Texags how they haven't had a decent QB since Manziel. Mond doesn't count, I guess, because he may be a Blaggie. They skin the rest alive because they are the simplest fans around: You lose. It's the QB. Can't move the ball. It's the playcalling and the QB. Team looks down. QB needs to be a leader like Holy Bucky. When the Aggie defense plays poorly. The DC doesn't make halftime adjustsments and our shitty qb. They're the worst fans.
  13. The Romans frequently reminded themselves not to despise an enemy. I think we're likely to trounce them, but I don't take them lightly as a football team. Plus, it's more fun to watch thinking the other side can win.
  14. That's just mean. Fuck you, too, Carton! The tumbril is too good for you!
  15. Brauny (he's so muscular and dreamy) seems to assume the attitude that A&M is some sort of national player. It is surprising that a few of their top recruits are from California. A&M has no glamour. College Station is a small town with virtually no unique appeal. It's an ugly campus surrounded on one side by a Who's Who of chain restaurants and on the other by desolation or Holy Kyle Field. I just can't see a high value athlete landing there and being "blown away" by anything other than their fab facilities and the weird shit their students do. It's not better than the shithole towns of desert California. What do you hang your hat on as a recruit? All the benefits of being a scholarship football players are roughly equal everywhere. Why A&M if you have more interesting choices? It's not Elko. It's not the prospect of ever playing for anything important. It's not the campus or the area around it. What? Maybe the loud fans, I guess.
  16. Interesting about Elko directing it. A few thoughts: Elko bought into the SEC grind and line-of-scrimmage league myth and decided to go with increasing muscle mass and weight not to lose at the point of attack by sheer virtue of tonnage. Bringing in undersized guys from lesser conferences to fill holes left by an actual SEC starter required a desperate plan to make them physically competitive. Moffitt is a washed up relic of those days of non-passing SEC teams and doesn't have a clue about prescribing different conditioning, eating, and lifting to fit such a variety of players. As with so many aspects of Elko's regime so far, he doesn't have the gravity (metaphorical not specific) to draw a first rate staff that might be interested in taking over at A&M and seeing what they can make of it. He raided the fucking Florida staff and couldn't hold onto one of the guys he seduced away. Elko stands facing an abyss with hurricane force winds building up behind him. By the time they get to us on the schedule, we'll have returned to the role of being the only game their fans are desperate to win. It will also be the game that sends Elko and the Aggies into a death spiral. They should have hired Stoops just for the name value and experience. I think I speak for everyone when I say we're glad they didn't. It's not that we need to fear Stoops; it's just the show of watching Aggie delusion shatter over the tough, culture guy who gets A&M will be better with Elko.
  17. Dateline: September 24, 2024: Room full of dangerous idiots------ Would-be dictator Donald Trump roused the crowd to hate the reporters in the arena using lies and making the absurd assertion that he would work the fry machine at a McDonalds Dateline: October 5, 2024: Mar A Lago------- Doctors say Former President Donald Trump's burns to his hands and stomach will heal normally but leave scars. The former president, down in the polls, fulfilled a promise to work the "French fry motor" at a McDonalds. While lifting his first basket from the extremely hot oil, Trump stuck his hand into the oil "to get the freshest fry." The would-be dictator then hurled the fryer into the oil causing a splash which sent oil onto his protruding stomach and ultimately started a fire in the restaurant. Secret Service rushed Trump out of the building while Trump raised his bloody little fist and shouted "fight!" In the hospital, Trump has claimed that "Nobody has ever seen such a good fry man at McDonalds. Maybe the best ever they tell me. Way better than the nasty fake negro loser I'm running against." The McDonalds burned to the ground. One worker was severly burned putting his own hand in the oil because Trump had done so.
  18. I thought he had a great game against Notre Dame. I'd say he was a key factor in the Aggies being close. I expected to see that monster all year, but maybe he got one of the greenest of the Notre newbies on the line. In what I've watched since that game, his name comes up just a few times a game.
  19. I guess our toxicity hasn't got to all the SEC refs......yet. conferences.
  20. I'd a thought that bone had been gnawed to atoms. Some of you guys just can't let go.
