  1. Just paid season in full. If we’re bringing someone with us, do we just buy them a single game pass online or can we just pay when we get there?
  2. I’m curious what viewership/rating looks like for this game. My Twitter has been filled with stuff about this game. Might just be because CFB is back
  3. not sure if this fits here but here it is
  4. What industry are you in?
  5. What dates did y’all get for OU ticket selection? Curious if I have any shot at getting lower level seats if I’m picking on July 29th
  6. https://www.kxan.com/news/texas/texas-sized-celebration-set-for-longhorns-official-move-to-sec/ I wonder who they are going to get for live music for the event. The to be announced “Global Superstar” has me intrigued and I’m considering flying down from Midland for it (it’s $54 each way lol)
  7. I’m pretty sure Rice was on Fox or a different channel. Not LHN
  8. I think it’ll definitely be more difficult to sell the single ticket. I used to have a single seat next to some friends. We each had one. Buying a second has increased how much I can sell each for. I’d often have to price the seats at the bottom of the market
  9. My bad. I put that in the wrong thread. I had too many tabs open

    2024 NFL DRAFT

I wonder if AD slides to the Texans and they take him. It would work out well with his daughter being in houston
  11. If I sent you the money, would you request A&M seats for me?
  12. They’re as cheap as $240 a seat if you want to be row 20 and higher on the visiting 25 yardline
  13. I looked into Vandy season tickets. They also play Bama at home this year. It makes sense to me to buy for the Texas game and sell for the rest. Bama fans usually turn up for the game in Nasheville.
  14. Buddies wife is full of shit. Ivy’s don’t give academic or athletic scholarships…they do give very generous financial aid though based on financial need. If you are out of their income thresholds, you can end up paying $70k+ a year for your kid to go to an Ivy even if they’re playing athletics. My guess is the parents saw the sticker shock on the Ivy’s and sent their kid elsewhere or her grades were not great and daughter got turned down. One of my buddies was recruited to play O-Line at MIT (a little bit different) and was told he needed to score a 34 ACT or above and he would get in. He scored a 34 but the school still turned him down anyway.
  15. If your kid does LAH, I recommend looking at the Honors Dorms if he’s considering living on campus. They were some of the cheapest on campus back in 2017. I lived in Blanton. I had a blast living there. My roommate was Liberal Arts Honors and I was engineering honors.
  16. I already booked flights for every big home game this Fall plus a couple trips to Austin in the spring and summer. I’ll probably fly back to Houston once a month or every other month.
  17. Anyone got any advice for moving to Midland?
  18. Anyone go to the CFP concerts tonight? My buddies and I went to see 2 Chainz and Jack Harlow. It was actually a good time but each artists would play and then there’d be a 35-40 min break.
