  11. If you have something that would reduce them to powder, guess you could. But going to be hard to avoid any chunks I would think. rehydrating is so damn easy, not sure why you wouldn’t just do it though.

  18. H-E-B is $25/lb for ribs. Online Costco says $36/lb. Is it cheaper in the store?

  23. Every one of those is a different batch and they vary quite widely despite their efforts to control the variation. Have had some great and some terrible. Most have been average. Best one I had was at Willett. I’m sure that’s not an accident.
