  1. The one slight possibility I see is: Millwee thinks he can do better than Butch Jones and Arkansas State. Considering some of the other moves he's made in his career, he's a guy who looks at the long game and not the short term fix. That is the only reason I can see him following Sark for another year as an analyst. He's waiting patiently for the right opportunity. With that said, he's probably the QB coach. But it would be huge for Texas if he's an analyst and Sark coaches the QBs in order to free up another staff spot.
  2. Did Millwee turn down Butch Jones or did he get passed over? Aren't there reports coming out now that he got passed over? Yeah, it is probably unrealistic for him to take an analyst role for one more year. Just trying to make sense of everything.
  3. This is one that I've been wondering about and is a slight possibility.
  4. Read this out loud to yourself. You back? Good. Now, does it make any fucking sense?
  5. Not sure if it is true, but I've heard that Alabama has way more support staff than is listed. They "hide" some of the staff from ever making it on a payroll.
  6. Offer Matt Quinn and Will Muschamp $3.5 and take the first that bites. Offer Tosh Lupoi, Corey Raymond and Jeff Banks record setting deals for their position + title. Profit
  7. No Boom or Bust thread.... No Tosh or Bust thread ... No Raymond or Bust thread ... Please don't jinx this. We really need this after 35 years of mostly underachievement in football.
  8. I bought hardcorehorny.com for the typosquatting potential. This is my front page
  9. I'm well aware of this. You can't pinpoint the exact location of the IP. It is close enough to the area. It's also more likely the son made the wiki edit. He's done stuff like this before. He's more than likely a member here. (nothing wrong with the leak either IMO).
  10. I'm confirming Kyle Flood. I would imagine Jimmy's son put that on wiki. He's a Texas alum and a huge football fan. He lefts some crumbs on some of the other Texas coaching searches in the past before the hires were made official. You aren't going to get a wiki edit saying Flood to Texas from an IP that matches the location of Jimmy Sexton, Flood's agent, unless it is the real deal. especially considering his son is a hug fan, likes to leave crumbs and is probably a member of this site. He's been a member of other Texas fan sites over the years.
  11. His son is a huge Texas fan. Jimmy Sexton is located in Tennessee. He's the most powerful college agent on the planet (as many here know). Kyle Flood's agent is Jimmy Sexton This deal is done. You can put Flood on the Texas books with Drayton.
  12. damn, it also appears Kyle Flood's agent is Jimmy Sexton
  13. If that is true, then it came from the desk of this man, the most powerful agent in college football: Jimmy Sexton (I believe he has a son that either attends Texas , or Texas is his favorite team)
  14. Is Klumm any good? Seems I too remember there may have been issues with the on the field product? He can definitely recruit, but at the OL position, evaluation and development is much more important than recruiting.
  15. Carrington enjoys his new role hanging out with the jocks...
  16. Probably correct. I know overall Orlando was a bust, but he does do some things well. I just know a lot of times coaches get off to a great start and then things start to crumble in year 2 or 3 etc. Goes for head coaches and assistants. There's also the opposite, where it takes time to make the transition and then things takeoff after a few years. I do think Ash has the right idea on how to attack. We just need to see if he can get them to execute it well enough on a consistent basis. Also, need to see if he can adjust to the adjustments the rest of the league is going to make over the offseason. Curious, is Ash who you want at DC? I'm not opposed to it, but still in a holding pattern until I know all the legit candidates.
  17. Yeah, you can't completely tell if a guy is the right choice after one year. I think it takes a good 3 years to get a good feel for a coach. He could be bad at certain things that the previous coach was good at, so the weakness doesn't immediately come back to bite you. I mean, the kids may have learned well from the previous coach. You won't know until most of the players are the new coach's recruits.
  18. I have just the man for you! A handsome man!! He lives his life by the honor code and has lots of spirit. He knows how to drop the bags. He's very smart. He makes sure to match the names on the bags with a driver's license before releasing the goodies. There must be a signature before any transaction can take place, besides that one darn time he got drunk and handed over a trans am. Shit, no one's perfect. It's a hard job. He's also proficient on how to fuck the secretary, he doesn't use condoms, and keeps it classy by doing his business in the other room away from the kids. Sometimes he forgets to lock the door, but no one's perfect. Talk about BDE, damn, he has it in spades. He's a glorified legend. I mean, people buy jizz jars with his picture on it. Whoooooooop!!!!
  19. Sorry, wasn't trying to down vote, as you have the right to ur opinion, but this is an overreaction. If someone can takeaway that down vote, damn mobile. You can say what you want about Drayton's recruiting but he has the best resume, on the field, of any college running backs coach in America. A combination of development from star running backs to no name running backs. He's done it at schools from all regions of the country. He also developed a somewhat no-name while in the NFL. He's done an excellent job with our running backs while here. No one can do anything with a fat ass whiner like Chris Warren. No one can blame him for the rotation, either. That's on Tom Herman. Don't know anything about the Bama receiver's coach, and will take a wait and see approach there, but Fuente was pretty good at Memphis, all things considered.
