  1. He's living the life out west as businessman and former sheriff of Jeff Davis county. He can knock the top off a prickly pear at 500 feet.
  2. Admissions sound pretty boring. (Edit: honest typo #noracist)
  3. It would be a firing offense to not pick up a few seasoned WRs in the portal, and I'm generally on the give-him-a-few-years train. Dixon seemed to get some confidence / action the last few games -- hoping that was a trend.
  4. lol. In the 20 or so (christ) years I've visited this board, I've honestly never heard a single nice thing said about the poor son of a bitch that is GD. anyway, back to aids.
  5. Serious question about Greg Davis. For all his nauseating faults, does he deserve credit for at least implementing if not adapting/designing the basic RPO (?) structure that let Vince be Vince?
  6. Hol-up, I was told all the best players weren't playing because the coaches were super-dumb.
  7. Top 5: High Noon Searchers Shane Unforgiven The Ox Bow Incident Honorable Mention: My Darling Clementine The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance McCabe and Mrs Miller
  8. Sounds like you set your opinion before he started seriously flashing and producing next to the top players in the state. He wasn't some lacrosse dude with measurables. He was good at football.
  9. Think about how much fun you'll have rooting against them now. Light will shoot from your titties.
  10. History says it will all fall apart, anyway, and the tears will quench us and taste like Kate Beckinsale.
  11. I guess we'll find out why we ignored a kid that talented. Either we have better options in the bag or we're as dumb as ever.
  12. Holy shit I saw the same thing in the same place. My friend asked her to sign his lettuce. Was that you?
  13. I teter between DCs stopping his shit and Sark unable to adjust versus DCs with superior units eventually overcoming his best schematic tricks and Sark having nothing left in the bag. Next year will be very interesting.
  14. Why not let him share the OC title with Flood? Does it even mean anything?
  15. Maybe Banks. He's that impressive. But thinking two true freshman OL will start day one (and be effective) is a historically bad bet.
  16. Flood will have to be a magician if the same lineup (sans Kirk, plus a true freshman, I don't care how badass he is) is going to be much better for at least the front half of the year.
  17. Yup. If they don't find a plug and play OL transfer, they are playing with fire.
  18. I meant skins on the wall as a reason for meathead coaches to not take them out and let others step up. Brock had/has nothing going for him. The simplest explanation is that he was the only one at the beginning of the season who made the right reads and knew what to do. Merry Christmas!
  19. Lighten up bud. I buy it with Foster. He was a veteran with certain skills, same with Coburn, that had skins on the wall. But with Brock it makes no sense at all unless the backups simply weren't ready. You've bitten too hard into your meathead narrative
  20. So instead of Brock just being the worst best option until Ford got his feet wet, Sark and Pete are meatheads. How fucking dumb does a guy have to be to see Brock as the better option, on a D that's fucking falling apart, unless Ford and Gbenda are still bigger disasters? If we knew we were going to lose 7 games maybe lose a few early with them being totally lost based on upside, but that's hindsight.
