I always choose the flexibility because you don't know what the future will bring. I get a 60 month car loan and pay it off in 12-24 months if possible. Nice to know I don't have to if shit hits the fan though.
I remember about five years back my daughter had a bad incident at her daycare that required emergency surgery. She was transported to the medical center and we had to wait in the ER area until the surgeon could get to us. It was absolutely packed. This was mid-afternoon on a Tuesday. I drove home to grab some things around 2AM and passed back through...still packed. Next morning was packed as well. I guess it's just always like that, but it seemed strange.
It has been shitty for a while. We'll never win a championship, but I used to still enjoy watching random games on Saturday. Some of it is because I actually have responsibilities now, but in general it has lost some of whatever it used to have.
80-ish seems like a good deal for a pool and kitchen. My Dad paid over 100 for that pre-Covid. I don't really know how much any of it should cost though and I'm sure there are a ton of variables.
Reading through these it always amazes me when people are banned and come back as someone else. I assume these are functioning adults, but maybe that's assuming too much.
Rainbow Road. It's pretty awesome because you race five at a time. Not cheap though. https://www.mattel.com/products/hot-wheels-mario-kart-rainbow-road-gxx41 This one looks pretty cool too. https://www.mattel.com/products/hot-wheels-mario-kart-circuit-track-set-gcp27
Rivals the mudhole in my in-laws backyard right now. FIL is in the middle of another one of his projects. I'll post a pic tomorrow with one of my beers.
