Crimson Tide (#1 lolol) @ Commodores on SEC Network
There was a black guy that did a full-game reaction video that was posted when we beat Bama last year. I tried to find it to see if there was one for the Vandy game but couldn't.

Adding to the pit bull argument
I'm guessing this "puppy" was 60-70 lbs already. The guy wouldn't have shot it if it was 8 weeks.

Prediction Contest 2024 week 6, Texas v OU
OU has only 2 games where they had over 300 yds total offense, and neither of those were against P4 teams. Texas hasn't had a game under 500 yds total offense. Texas 51 OU 13 I'm not sure ou can get to 13, but I figure there will be a stupid turnover or two on our end and then a garbage TD against the 3rd string. Unfortunately, I don't think our rushing attack is going to do much, but theirs will be worse. Texas - 126 yds OU - 68 yds Spread - 58 yds.

FINAL 2024 CFB polls/rankings - Texas #3/ #4 /#3 (CFP/AP/Coaches)
You don't need to stay above every team you beat, especially if you have more losses, but when you have the exact same record and you JUST BEAT THAT TEAM LAST WEEK then you should be at least one spot in front of them. They shouldn't get extra credit for beating shitty Auburn. Put Bama 5 and Georgia at 6. Wait for either one of them to either get another loss or a quality win before you decide one is improving or failing enough to separate. Next week Bama plays 3-2 USCe and Georgia plays 1-4 Miss St. If they both win, is Bama's win better? Do they go in front of Georgia? Bama has a bye the week Georgia gets their ass kicked by us, so Georgia will only be in front of them for 2 weeks, but it's stupid to do it now.

And Georgia lost to Bama that lost to an unranked team that previously lost to Georgia State. What's your point here?

Surly Dad Thread
When my daughter was born, brought my 2.25yo son into the hospital room to meet his sister before allowing grandparents, aunts and uncle, cousins, etc to come in. My son knew there was a baby in mama's tummy. We walked in and my son saw my wife holding the new baby. He had zero expression, turned to me and said, "I'm ready to go." But he met the baby and was ok. Once we got home he was much more excited and loved to help. They're 10 and 8 now.

Wives and the Stupid Shit They Say/Do
My wife will leave the bathroom light on, or a lamp, if she goes to bed by herself. Says it's a comfort thing until I come to bed. Sleeps just fine. But if I'm in bed with her and look at something on my phone, she complains that the light from the screen is keeping her awake.

I want to hear the mental gymnastics when they explain why Bama gets dropped below Georgia who they beat just last week. If you say Bama isn't as good as everyone thought, then Georgia isn't that good either. Both with 1 loss with a H2H match up that already took place. I'd drop Bama, but I'd also drop Georgia despite their win this week. 1. Texas 2. Ohio St 3. Oregon 4. Penn St 5. Alabama 6. Georgia 7-25. Who cares?

Can you drop them below Georgia? It's only been a week since they beat the Dawgs.

Texas vs. Mississippi State - 3:15pm on SEC Network
I think he planned to go for it before the false start. Then we kicked and they had a penalty to get us back to 4th and short. Unfortunately, we weren't in rhythm anymore. The play call wasn't bad, but Arch waited too long and then tried to rainbow it. If he throws it earlier as a dart, it most likely works. I would have rather seen a play-action or zone-read option with an inside slant, though.

Nice high step. Get him a statue outside the co-op.
