  1. Bears gotta eat, too.
  2. Just saw this. I used to fix and restore 80s arcade games and cabinets. A lot were made with MDF and painted, and often got water damage (like when a restaurant mopped the floor right against the cabinet). You have a laminate veneer, so no need to worry about paint. I don't know if you can disassemble the cabinet so you're only working with the damaged side. If not, it'll be harder but not impossible. Of course, if you can disassemble the cabinet AND remove all of the veneer easily, it would be easiest just to have a new piece cut at the proper thickness and put the veneer on it. First, you'll need to get access to the swollen MDF by removing the veneer without breaking it. Might need a heat gun to soften the adhesive, and a putty knife to gently work the veneer up. You probably won't be able to match it if it breaks, so you'll either have to redo the entire piece with new matching veneer or play puzzle master trying to put it all back together and hope it doesn't look worse than it does now. After it's off, you need to treat all of the swollen area with Wood Hardener (see the pic below). You can get this at Home Depot or Lowes. Treat the swollen area per the instructions and let it dry. Once the wood is nice and hard (that's what she said) use an orbital sander to sand it smooth back to the original shape. If there is any pitting or missing chunks that you're worried about, you can use Bondo (wood/metal) to fill and sand. Now, wipe all the dust off and glue the veneer pack on. If you can't disassemble the cabinet, you'll have to sand it by hand. Wrap a ruler in sandpaper to get in the tight spots.
  3. It was ugly, but it's a W. I had to look at the team stats and was surprised Vandy had any penalties called. We got picked several times, especially that PI call on 4th down when the receiver was pulling our jersey but we got the penalty. Not sure about that Gunnar Helm holding call. Looked like the defender fell and GH just fell on him. Whatever. Too many holding penalties killed our drives, and some poor blocking let free rushers through killing other drives. Too many sacks. But we won. I'll take it.
  4. Kirby is going to have an aneurysm, and I'm here for it.
  5. How the fuck did they take the penalty away? I'm glad, but never saw that before.
  6. What was that throw? 4th and 6 and throw a 3yd pass?
  7. Great adjustment by Golden.
  8. Field position has been shitty for us. We need to get points from this drive to show it's not going to stop us anymore. We can't fuck around and let our shitty punter give them a short field.
  9. I'd really love a pick 6 right now.
  10. Sark is in 4-down territory mind think
  11. Why do our QBs not know to throw it away when they get out of the pocket? And why aren't we going max protect?
  12. The defense or special teams is going to need to score to help our offense break out of their funk. It would help if the first guy would make the tackle on those checkdowns.
  13. Gonna have to start rolling him out of the pocket if we can't stop their rush.
  14. Should've gone to Gunnar
  15. I blame this all on the bubble screen to Wingo.
  16. Fucking A! Remember - our defense "hasn't played anybody yet".
  17. Holy shit! What a fucking interception!
  18. Playing with a script. Saban said this morning that Sark likes to run a script at the beginning of the game to see how the defense reacts to specific formations and then he adjusts later to exploit it. Let's hope so.
  19. We were doing just fine until we decided to go with a poorly blocked bubble screen and then an inside run on 2nd and 11. Quit doing the sideways passes until the run is working. Quit doing conservative low-percentage plays directly after a failed play.
  20. 2 crappy plays
  21. 12 players on the field for us
  22. We better not start on ESPNews or whatever. Just hold the kickoff.
  23. Are they all leaning to their left?
