I'm a diehard Browns fan....that was a tough one to shallow last night. I'm proud of the Browns we played a GREAT game. But I have 3 points that I take away from the game.
1. The final drive for the Browns was TOO FAST. I was screaming at the TV for them to slow down. I knew we were going to score but we needed to take more time off of the clock. Giving the Ravens over a minute was way too much time. Especially since we had a hard time stopping their all -pro kick returner (more on that later). Our offense is a fresh breath of air after cheering for them for so many years. Being down 15 in the 4th and with Baker throwing a stupid INT, seeing us come back with ease was awesome to see. I am finally proud to say that I am a Browns fan and I am wearing my Chubb jersey today with pride.
2. Lamar Jackson...as I mentioned above I look at him as nothing but a glorified kick returner. He sucks as a QB, I thought he sucked at Louisville, he only won the Heisman because he was a running QB (i.e., Manziel and Tebow). He can't throw to the sidelines. If you watch him he can only throw in between the hashes. And when he can't throw between the hashes he tucks and runs like a kick returner. You cannot tell me that he is an elite QB. He is an elite runner but not a QB.
3. I feel that we are going to be a tough team in the playoffs. We have 2 shitty NY teams then we play the Steelers again so we could easily be 12-4 or 11-5. I am looking forward to seeing us in the playoffs!
