Why is this dude wearing his mother’s heels? Texas 100-0.
  5. I grew up in Texas where unions were some sort of bogeyman. Unions will ruin your business, take all the money, leave, etc... I have been a part of several different ones now, which is common in my field. Some were good, some were kinda useless. But I wholeheartedly support people's desires to band together and advocate for themselves. I don't get people who don't support that. I'm quite sure my employers were utilizing their extensive resources to drive down my pay. As I see, college athletes have had their value artificially deflated for a century now, and they should have every right to advocate for better working conditions. It means the end of the fictitious idea of a "student athlete", but that was always a ridiculous concept anyway. At least at the major college level.
  6. He is opting out just to prep? Like a college player before the combine? I don't think I heard about an injury or suspension. WTH?
  7. Center snapped it cause the linebacker was clapping. Watch 32 for aggy. That’s the hurry up cue for the offense.
  8. There is something to this. I have gotten into lots of cool stadiums for decent games by getting second hand tickets night before or day of for cheap. But if you want to get them earlier in the week, they are going to be much more expensive. I’m sure some computer program somewhere is maximizing profit doing it this way, but it’s hard to plan to take your family when the game and travel is a 5+ hour investment.
  9. Friends with several Hokies that are good people. Hope they give the fightin’ Mack Browns the business.
  10. So, at least 4 teams played them closer.
  11. I don’t think so. I think it’s probably a reflective coating that will reflect a range of light shone on it for pregame intros. That’s my guess. I think that more likely than an almost invisible watermark.
  12. So it’s gotta be a light reflective coating, right? Do we think it’s gonna pulse for pregame? I would imagine any game lights would nullify it’s effect. I wonder what the color range would be?
  13. Low point for me was a Fat Gary pregame interview where he was asked just before kick off and said some generic coach speak about taking care of the ball, etc, and ended with “we will be fine.” It was the TCU coach raking about Texas the way Texas coaches talk about Rice. So depressing. Then they kicked our ass. That was it for me.
  14. Looks like they’ve added some labeling inside the Longhorn structure.
  15. I believe McClintock and Bartoo both use coordinator metrics in their models. Both probably have dramatically upgraded those two areas for us this year. I know Bartoo in particular disliked our coordinators, especially in combination. Something about Ash defenses getting worse with more plays, which made him a bad fit for Yurcich, IIRC.
  16. I guess he is no longer the most likely RB in Aggy’s class.
  17. I’m sure a coach who worked with Carroll and Saban, and a staff full of high level assistants who worked for Saban, don’t know how to create a quality practice atmosphere. 🙄
  18. It’s weird because his target audience is Aggy. It can’t be other recruits, cause he would just communicate with them directly.
  19. What in the world does this mean? I’m literally dumbfounded by this one.
  20. I think that’s an illusion created by the angle of the horns and the top front lighting.
  21. Bloomington is an upgrade from College Station, but not a lot...
  22. Was at a party with a buckeye around the time of troy smith draft. We’re talking about Smith’s lack of height, and the buckeye says it’s not a problem, he met Troy and they were the same height, six foot even. Problem was, the buckeye was maybe 5-10.
  23. It’s neurological and a little physical. He probably can’t get to that speed from a regular start, or he is winded by the time he does. This way he can “feel” the speed in his body/mind.
  24. 20% of Achane’s season rushing yardage came on a single play in the bowl game. He ran for 364 yards last year, 224 if you don’t count the bowl game. He isn’t remotely “proven”.
