  1. For some reason I think I heard Oregon mentioned for him. Maybe OTF, maybe somehwere else.
  2. Ashton Gray of UNT is in the portal and is better than Durham.
  3. Maybe his criteria for what constitutes a really good gig differs from yours. PK has always marched to the beat of is own drummer, it seems to me.
  4. He's Muschamp's choice. I would like someone to present evidence that Blake Gideon sucks as a coach. When he was coaching here, he was handcuffed by PK, as was Joseph. And the safety play was better than it was this year. Just because the dropped pick against Tech still stings, does it stand to follow that he's a poor coach? Or is it just, "Well, I just don't like him?" Will Muschamp thinks he's a good coach.
  5. Your point - at least what you make it sound like your point - is that the head coach is answerable to his subordinates. In what sphere or field of endeavor is that the case? Them being friends may or may not be why they keep their jobs, but it is a non sequitor as it applies to Sarkisian's play calling. They got nothing to do with that.
  6. And Eastern Kentucky, West Virginia and Southeastern Ohio.
  7. Guilty. I must have been sold on the Clark reports and believed he had enrolled early. And yes, holiday day drinking caused the Joe v The Volcano brain fog on the name, I'm only marginally goofy as a norm. I trust you on Baxter's injured/hurt dystopia, but I stand by that he had tremendous physical gifts and he wasn't a misevaluation (is that a word?) by Choice.
  8. Completely disagree. He showed burst, blocking ability and excellent hands. He needed to learn how to finish runs and hit the hole faster, both of which are coachable.
  9. I don't see how injuries to the RB room can be attributed to Choice. Maxwell looked good his freshman season (I know there are some here that disagree) and Christian Clark was by all accounts very good before tearing his achilles.
  10. Paging Gabriel Johnson and Everett Gay to the burnt orange courtesy phone, please.
  11. I don't know how after all of these years in the recruiting/transfer threads you can be ignorant of the fact that Cooper (or any high schooler) isn't eligible to suit up - much less play - in a bowl game. But for an engaging and energetic analysis of the topic may I recommend the football board. I'm sure you'll find lots of qualified candidates to discuss this from all angles.
  12. Are you able to get fresh dungeness crab in North Carolina for the holidays?
