  1. Hard to show much running behind a 3rd string OL. And I disagree, he looks quite good to me, albeit in limited action. If he grew up this season maturity-wise, enters the portal... he's going to make some program a damn good back.
  2. Yeah, I think that was Sark's way of thanking him for being a good soldier. And perhaps he needed to verify to himself that Keilan can't be RB1.
  3. Agree, it looks like to me Ewers simply defaults to Worthy most of the time.
  4. It's not that hard to find a young, up-and-coming offensive mind to run your offense if you really want to. Washington St. just did, and the guy has all sorts of ties to Texas. https://247sports.com/college/washington-state/Article/WSU-football-targeting-Ben-Arbuckle-as-new-offensive-coordinator-201447331/#:~:text=WASHINGTON STATE IS targeting Ben,confirmed by 247Sports' Chris Hummer. WASHINGTON STATE IS targeting Ben Arbuckle as its new offensive coordinator as first reported by Matt Zenitz of on3sports and confirmed by 247Sports' Chris Hummer. One of the youngest, on-the-rise offensive minds in coaching, Arbuckle served as Western Kentucky's co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach this year. The previous season he was an offensive quality control coach working with the WKU quarterbacks. Under Arbuckle's direction this season, WKU quarterback Austin Reed led the nation in passing attempts (603), yards (4,746) and touchdowns (40). As a result, the Hilltoppers rank 15th in the nation in scoring offense at 36 points per game. Prior to taking the coordinator job this year, Arbuckle served as an offensive quality control coach at WKU in 2021, the offensive coordinator at Seminole High in Texas in 2020 and a quality control coach at Houston Baptist in 2018 and 2019. Originally from Canadian, Texas, Arbuckle played two years of college football at West Texas A&M at quarterback.
  5. I think Jim Krivacs has possessed Carr. Holy heaven!
  6. UW to Petticoat Jonestown. Uh-huh, that would've made sense. Going from here to here:
  7. Why? In the same way that Casey Thompson's Alamo Bowl did? I think Ewers never was 100% healthy post-Bama. That's why he kept throwing off his back leg instead of stepping into throws. Combined with the offense's holistic inability to deal with the 3 deep defense that I think Iowa St. showcased against us, Sark's propensity to abandon the running game in a few games and not getting the ball to Sanders in a few others, Quinn didn't look like the stud I think he is and will be.
  8. Nope. I don't believe it. Gotta be the Domers. BlowU can't compete financially.
  9. The Knights of Tamperer. Sam Spade isn't walking through that door.
  10. I only drink the best hooch, and that makes it doubly upsetting when it spews out of my nose like Mauna Loa.
  11. I have two nephews that graduated from there and they both said that it's pretty meh, although they have both done very well for themselves.
  12. I envision him performing a little ceremony involving Space Ghost and A Tale of Two Cities. Rockets, guillotines and incantations.
  13. Nobody thinks he's returning this season regardless of how this plays out. At least I don't think anybody does. I don't.
  14. A Tier 4 coach that would be worth looking into at least is UC Santa Barbara's Joe Pasternack. His first HC job was the miserable program at UNO. After that he spent six years as an assistant at Arizona. I haven't looked at the analytics but I believe he is an offensive-minded coach.
  15. He woke up thinkin how much he can increase his aggie "NIL" by dropping vague hints about potentially transferring.
