These are the type of ravings you see from a man right before he goes to shoot up a synagogue.
Synagogue, taqueria, spin the wheel, let's see where it lands!

I agree. Maybe it's time we start thinking in more global terms. You know, since we are connected in a global sense in pretty much all aspects of life, whether we want to accept it or not. Or we can just resist the inevitable and slowly collapse like a flan in a cupboard.
You tell me who the fuck is putting flan in a cupboard, and I'll tell you who's about to have their ass kicked.

Things worked fine under him. His democrat predecessor and the republican before him. The new clerk is a stubborn idiot and is fucking all sorts of things up.
Most of the new judges are horribly unqualified. And one accidentally resigned because he made a post on Facebook. It’s a shit show.
Some of us have been around long enough to have seen big counties flip to R, and lose a shitload of good Dem judges (district and appellate). The GOP was ECSTATIC about that at the time. Funny to see them change their tune. Now that they flipped back, well, the system is BAD!
It's been amusing to watch the GOP fans find "principles" that they gleefully celebrated the demise of not that many years ago.

Phlegm isn't wrong.
We have direct evidence that the procedure was "overly complicated" for at least two flight crews. That's two too many. "Complicated" is a sliding scale. I don't care if it's too complicated for a trained hamster -- they don't fly planes. I care if it is too complicated for an actual flight crew, under actual flight conditions. Twice.

Brisket assumes he knows their motives, which is why he says it's arrogant and entitled. In reality, none of us know the motivations for going the route they have. Maybe Brisket is right, and maybe he isn't. But none of us know at this time.
Brisket assumed nothing.
Brisket said "IF" as literally his first word in the discussion.
Brisket hates people who refer to themselves in the third person.
Does this make Brisket self-loathing? Maybe.

This whole point in our history is quite fascinating and disturbing. You cannot have a functioning society when half the population lives in a different reality. I don't know where we go from here, but I feel like it can't be good.

Literally, on page 2 of Vol. 1:
The report describes actions and events that the Special Counsel's Office found to be supported by the evidence collected in our investigation. In some instances, the report points out the absence of evidence or conflicts in the evidence about a particular fact or event. In other instances, when substantial, credible evidence enabled the Office to reach a conclusion with confidence, the report states that the investigation established that certain actions or events occurred. A statement that the investigation did not establish particular facts does not mean there was no evidence of those facts.
What you have to account for is that Tucker is a liar. They have to fight dirty and that is what they are terrible at. They are dealing with the worst human being to ever hold the office of the presidency and they continue to try and use proper decorum when they need to be slinging his own shit back at him 24/7.
You don't beat this cancer by wishing it away. You aggressively fight back every moment possible and make his life a living hell. You put him on defense every waking moment and take away his ability to control the narrative. I believe the Dems will have their version of a come to Jesus moment at some point this year and finally work in unison again this cretin. What finally gets them to go on a full-blown offensive is anyone's guess because Christ, as stated by others many times, they are bad at this.
The time to be nice and cordial has long-since passed. Get down and dirty and get this country back to some semblance of normal instead of whatever the hell this is right now.
There is no normal. Not again. Not ever. We are broken right down the middle, and it will only get worse.

Contrast this with how most of us would react.
"Brisketexan, there has been a special counsel appointed to investigate [your coordination with Russians, whether you've ever embezzled money from clients, whether you've suborned perjury, etc. etc.]."
Brisketexan reaction: "well, that's annoying. I don't like being accused of misconduct. But okay, cool, hook em." Because....and this is the big reveal....I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO HIDE. I've done nothing wrong.
Someone who has nothing to hide, who has done nothing wrong, MAY get pissed at the prospect of being investigated, because even being accused sucks and is offensive, but he does NOT say "This is the end of my [presidency, career, etc.]. I'm fucked."
"I'm fucked" is effectively a guilty plea.
But we all know that. Barr knows that. Mueller knows that. Everyone knows that. But nothing matters.

I doubt it's an attitude that permeates throughout Bernie's base, but on Twitter it's getting worse and worse. The vast majority of negative Pete tweets come from Bernie fans, and their anger grows on a daily basis. If Kamala or Beto start moving up, they will be in the crosshairs as well.
The Bernie Bros are uncompromising. Give them Bernie, or they’ll kill us all and really show us.
Yeah, I can’t understand why so many of us can’t stand Bernie Bros. -
I’m an Eva Green man myself, but I’ll allow it.
Ill definitely allow Eva green. But you know me, I love the classics. So, Deneuve.-

Nothing wrong with 'cull' in this context; the scooter-riders are the ones we want to cull from the general population. Exterminated works too, of course.

But I still maintain that their are many out there that have pivoted toward the search for objective truth and have evolved to look outside of their confirmation bias-sources.
You have no basis for that contention. I mean, it's a nice wish.
But the existing "skepticism" as to "mainstream media" is in no meaningful way motivated by a collective love of the principles of objective truth. It is motivated by confirmation bias.
People who look skeptically on what CNN or Wapo or the NYT reports fall into one of two classes: 1) people who always look at ANY reporting with some degree of "trust but verify" -- those people haven't changed path since Trump came to power. They consumed information thoughtfully before, they still do; and 2) people who look critically on those sources as "FAKE NEWS," but slavishly lap up everything presented by Fox news, Breitbart, etc. They are confirmation-bias consumers of the highest degree.
Again, there is no silver lining. There is no bright side. The ONLY thing that Trump has driven is that folks who agree with him now only consume "news" that feeds their preferred narrative, and they actually consume every morsel of that "reporting" with ZERO skepticism. These are people who believe that Trump watched Muslims dancing on rooftops in Jersey as the towers fell on 9/11....and the list goes on, for pages and pages.
Trump is not selling an approach to objective truth. Nobody has pivoted toward a search for objective truth. The only increase in "skepticism" is a function of people rejecting information that doesn't confirm their biases. That's it. There is nothing else at any material level.

Brisket, I'll serve up a high hanging curve ball: do you ever question reporting by (say) CNN or MSNBC or Bloomberg or WaPo or the NYT? If so, why?
Surly answer:
Sure I do. Mostly, it's because of their font choice. Sometimes, it's because the reporter doesn't have a great rack.
Sane answer:
Of course. Anytime I read/consume anything, and the facts in any way seem "off" (often, that's because they seem incomplete), I dig in a bit deeper. Also, when I consume information, I tend to separate the underlying facts from the editorializing. And I try not to consume much pure editorializing at all (e.g., I don't listen to Tucker much, I don't listen to Maddow much).
