Lake + PK + GP head coach of analysizoring might just work
Do not want.

SpoilerBrock Huard, FOX Sports college football analyst and former star UW Huskies quarterback in the 1990s, is unsurprisingly not pleased whatsoever with what transpired on Saturday, and really what’s happened throughout all of 2021.
“It just continues to just kind of baffle me. It’s baffled me all season long that they make football so hard,” Huard said Monday morning during his daily segment on 710 ESPN Seattle’s Mike Salk Show. “… They just make football so, so darn difficult.”
Huard said that the Huskies’ top two cornerbacks and receivers are far and away the best players on the team, but that Washington for some reason doesn’t play to those strengths.
“They don’t take shots. They don’t. They’re not aggressive,” he said. “They let defenses just sit on you and dictate to you, and then defensively you give up 300 yards rushing again. You’re one of the 20 worst rush defenses in America … Yeah, their offense is bad, but stylistically they’re letting people just run and run and run and run … It’s been confusing to me since Day 1. And we’re nine games in, they’re 4-5, exactly where they should be.”

Pretty sure Sark would gladly make that trade anyway.
I 100% agree but you better get your guy. QB's are fragile
Just now, longhornmatt said:WTF? If we get Ewers, we aren’t waiting until after NSD1 to announce it, nor are we going to be doing ourselves any favors by suckering Murphy into signing and then dropping this on him.
The need for people to make up cloak and dagger drama in recruiting is so bizarre.
Nobody is cloaking up. Nor was I insinuating waiting after NSD1, its clear to me that Sark and co wanted to keep things close to the vest until it was done. thats why they haven't liked anything related to ewers

Ewers shouldn't impact Murphy at all. He's a project that needs 2 or 3 years to develop. Ewers will be in the NFL before Murphy is ready to play.
Maybe Murphy doesn't want to hear that but it's the truth.
Murphy wants a shot to compete for the starting job right away. He doesn't view himself as the developmental type, we shall see.

? Murphy knows we're taking more QBs. Didn't sound like he gave a shit.
Ok cmon now bro Murphy is not dumb. He knows Quinn is coming to start and Sark will have an unbelievable amount of pressure to play him regardless. Devin Brown was friendly competition but Quinn Ewers is a different beast.
-
Gotta think Sark is not happy with that being leaked. Now he's gotta re-recruit Malik Murphy, looks like there's a big push from all of our commits doing that right now. This is either gonna be really good or catastrophic lmao.

Mr. ewers last like on Twitter is this.
Honestly nothing. He must've unliked it because it's not there anymore. Probably doesn't wanna tip his hand.

If you're going to drive up a bid, you don't use Tech as leverage. That's like using a McDonalds cashier job offer to get more money in salary negotiations.
To be fair, it seems like thats what they were trying to do with A&M, but that got shut down quickly. Why would A&M be the second school listed if they had no interest whatsoever? Difference between A&M and Tech is Tech actually wants him. The leverage thing could be in play but like @texifornia said, the immediate reaction of the players and the deleted B Harris tweet were not ominous.
Edit: And if there was truly this much smoke around Tech and none for Texas, then where the crystal balls at? Seems like the decision would be crystal clear

Too late to edit,
“They just flipped the OU tight end recruit from Aledo.”
”Where do you see that?”
“Twitter. His handle is @jasonllew89 all his likes are tech related. Fellow commit jalon peoples is tweeting about it.”
“Also his girlfriend plays softball at tech”
ok this tells me that tech smoke is just propaganda. That kid has been liking Tech stuff since McGuire was hired AND he hasn't liked any ewers stuff, nor is he followed by Ewers. Totally unrelated
-
We will kick his ass at tech so that will be a nice consolation for losing him there. If he doesn't wanna be here then he needs to not come, thats part of our culture problem right now
