  1. So the rest is correct. Gotcha.
  2. They let aggy go. Your post makes me sad. baylor is a POS we should not be associated with.
  3. Just for fun, what did he say that you dont agree with or you think is wrong?
  4. By your reply I assume you know he is correct. Fuck baylor
  5. I have no desire to go to any games that are only 25-50% capacity. Its the fans that make the game great. Just cancel the season, let the players heal and give their bodies a much needed rest. Let them be students first for once in their lives. We are in the same boat that everyone else is in. No one will gain an advantage. Lets just do the right/safe thing. We are TEXAS. We should not be whoring around for a few bucks or possible edge on recruiting. Lets be the adults in the room. Hook'em Horns.
  6. First of all, there is nothing christian about baylor. The art briles tenure will testify to that. Ant statues coming down? Renaming buildings? Renaming the school? How about burning the piece of shit to the ground. We'll all be better off. Fuck baylor.
  7. Just for spite I would just be called Washington. No nickname. Or, Washington Team.
  8. This is correct.
  9. I have no issue with no football till fall 2021. Life will go on. I try to look at the bright side. I'm sure the ncaa will extend everyone's eligibility, so this will give our athletes a year to let their body rest, heal, and actually buckle down in the classroom and get that degree that they will use for the rest of their lives. Nothing is going to happen at/to Texas that wont happen everywhere else. Just my opinion.
  10. It would stop the realignment thread.
  11. There is a simple solution. Texas has ALWAYS wanted to rub elbows with the intellectually superior. After all, first and foremost we are a University (and a pretty fuckin good one at that). Drop division 1 sports. Give all athletes their outright release. Apply for admission to the Ivy League. All athletes qualify academically to get in school. Basically a walk-on athletic program. Problem solved. You're welcome.
  12. Hmmmm.....seems to me that is EXACTLY what is happening today in this country.
  13. So Judge baylor: Owned 20 slaves valued at $18,000 Punished a white man for refusing to return a borrowed slave and punished an abolitionist for harboring an escaped slave Believed slavery wad God ordained reality Hanged a slave for arson Levied a heavy fine on a white person that bought bacon from a slave Ordered the execution of a slave for "intent" to rape a white woman Lead the Texas "Know Nothing Party" dedicated to making Texas pure by keeping out catholics and foreigners And the university: baylors first 15 trustees were slave holders Disabled soldiers and children of the fallen were given free tuition to show support for the confederacy And yet, things are relatively quiet at baylor while our athletes have their panties all in a wad over a song. I wish someone would explain this to me. All you baylor lovers neg away.
  14. Appears Judge Baylor owned 20 slaves and advocated slavery as a "God ordained reality" according to the Waco paper. Just sayin.....
  15. So.... nothing? I thought maybe we had played together before.
  16. I agree, but be careful. I made a derogatory post about baylor and got negged. Go figure. On a Texas board.
  17. You know this how? Interesting. What do you play.
  18. I got it backwards. Better than you though. You used the entire population . Yep. Got it backwards. Better than using the entire population to figure the mortality rate for cancer. All he figured out was the percentage of the population that dies of cancer.
  19. You are correct. My bad.
  20. Normally that would be correct. But in this case it wouldn't surprise me if everything is considered to be connected to the virus. Politics being what they are.
  21. No. I took the deaths and divided it into the CONFIRMED cases. According to your math, the entire population has cancer. I do not. I do not have coronavirus so I won't be included in any statistic. How many will actually have the virus, not be diagnosed, and recover? We will only know the actual deaths, not the actual number of people that have the virus.
  22. Good post Duke. Doing the math, mortality rate is about 0.03%. We DO know all the deaths, we DO NOT know all who actually do have the virus. We just know confirmed cases. So percentage is probably lower. I have survived swine flu, sars, west nile, ebola, measles, small pox, aids, malaria, desentary (sp?), and the Vietnam war. This is just something else. I'll survive or I won't.
  23. That's all you got? 😆
