  1. No they wont... they sent me a letter saying they were no longer going to represent me......not enough money in it for them, I guess.
  2. If you are in Texas, don't make the mistake and go to the big dog attorney in Houston. All talk, no bite. Was rear ended by an idiot while stopped at a red light, Oct last year. Wife's back is jacked up. I had issues for a couple of months. Still no action. Been dicked around (long story) . Anybody know a good attorney that will actually work for me and not his commercials? I wont ever make that mistake again.
  3. I would rather they lose both. That would make me pretty gruntled.
  4. From my fully reclined Lazy Boy...……… TEXAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  5. From the shitter in my RV..... FIGHT!!!!!!!!!
  6. Spent 2 days at Thule in 89. Virtually all daylight with a bare hint of dusk. As a Flight Medicine medic, I agree on the nurses. Food was ok. Glad I did my 13 month remote in Iceland, for sure.
  7. Finally beginning to get moved back in to my house that was totally ruined by Harvey. Now looking to sell the RV that we have lived in for the last year. Nothing really wrong with it, just we still have work to do on the house and wont be traveling for some time, and I would rather not have to store it. Right now its in my driveway in Addicks/West Houston. It is a 1997, 29ft Coachman Leprechaun. Queen size bed, twin fold down couch, full bed over cab. Mechanically sound, good condition inside, outside needs a small bit of TLC. Ford 350 frame, V-10 engine, less than 50,000 miles. Asking 6000.00 OBO. Pictures to be added shortly. PM for more info if interested.
  8. Gotcha…..I was wondering who they got to do the dryer sheet sniffing study. Hook 'em.
  9. My bad just ass umed you were local. You should be able to find someone locally. Just do your due diligence.
  10. A lot of the refurb guys have both top loaders and front loaders. Just do your research. Some are more reputable than others. If you want the number of the guy I used, PM me.
  11. Not robbing anybody. If the appliance manufacturers put out a better product, it wouldn't be an issue. They also are ignoring a good secondary revenue stream. If you work for a "durable goods" manufacturer, instead of whining about people like me that wont spend a lot of money to buy crappy products, maybe you should be bitching at your company for putting profits over quality goods at a fair price.
  12. I'm the one saving myself some money, and using what I save on fishing gear/fishing trips
  13. Find yourself a good refurb business that sells reconditioned units. In 2004, I bought s whirlpool top loader and dryer. Paid 125.00 for the set. Wash got clean, no problems. Was still running until Harvey. Just bought a new set here in Houston, whirlpool again, paid 250.00 for the set. Works as good as the new ones.
