  1. Their strategy is to have Frank Wilson recruit 20-25 kids/year and then Brian Kelly grind on them in a TikTok video. Mixed results so far.
  2. They nailed it. They’re the Yankees, the Cowboys, just mired in championship winning tradition. They’re the iPhone of mobile telecommunications. JFC
  3. They do have one of the better OL classes this year, at least on paper. Problem is that they’re getting it in a down year for OL in general. Not the pattern you want to be in (having to load up on positions having a down year), unless of course you’re actively destroying a roster from the inside whilst milking a bunch of idiots for $100M.
  4. Maybe, but he also likes to play up commitments as a victory over better programs. He’s a quality OL, in a down year for OL in the state, and Liucci would love to position this as a vote of confidence for the Aggie OL coach and Jimbo over an SECW rival for an elite recruit.
  5. I take back my comments about cheese puns and Charleston being the worst thread hijacks ever. This is now clearly the worst.
  6. Malik and Hawaii need to be stretching their arms more before practice.
  7. Good. Hope they spend their nut on this DL so there’s less to spread around to a certain 5* WR.
  8. "9 wins is an interesting number for both Texas and a&m this year": Let's take a look at Vegas and see what the o/u tells us: Texas: 9.5 regular season wins A&M: 7.5 regular season wins Prepare your buttholes accordingly aggies
  9. Unless it’s bEast Texas! No such thing as a wasted trip there for Justin
  10. I’m more of a drop a couple g’s every so often kind of guy, so went ahead and dropped a couple hundred to slowly start to refill the coffers as a way of saying thank you to those that pull way more than their weight. One I max out SS contributions next month I’ll throw some more. Thank you to the rich bastards that made #ColinBatonRouge just a funny tagline and future joke.
  11. This is really good stuff; thanks for sharing. Quite interesting that even though many of those posters seem frustrated, concerned and even fearful, are still somewhat rational in comparison to what we see from the a&m posters. Aggie posters typically go directly to some abstract cheating or elaborate rouse to force him to go to Texas over his true favorite in college station. Then starts the blaming of the SEC leadership, ESPN, building up some 3 star JAG backup option etc.
  12. I did some sleuthing and found out what his silver bullet is
  13. that LSU mod lowered his confidence level from 60% to 55% two days before a commitment based on the fact that he is an out of state recruit and he hasn't committed yet? And people pay for this?
  14. It’s like they looked at the one hot piece of ass gymnast that will eventually end up on onlyfans or pushing yoga clothes and decided that was something only LSU and swamp land could possibly offer.
  15. Altuve is the Yankees father. Not gonna lie, it pleases me greatly when I hear F Altuve over and over and then he continues to crush their dreams every time at the plate.
  16. I made that comment elsewhere - word is that he is taking some reps with the ends in practice. I hate to take him away from his natural position but that DE spot is a real sore spot right now on the roster. ------------------------ Funny though that someone made the comment about all the 1st rounders LSU has had drafted at the DE position. LSU's draft success at DE since 2014 is basically the same as Texas, if not worse. LSU has had a 7th rounder in 2022, 3rd rounder in 2018, 3rd rounder in 2015. In comparison Texas has had a 7th rounder in 2023, 3rd and 5th rounder in 2021, 5th rounder in 2019. And that doesn't consider the fact that we've had 1-2 top 100 player DE commits over the last decade while they have had 5-10. LSU has done really well in the draft the last decade or so - but not really at the edge position.
  17. Simmons is just so critical to this class because of the current lack of talent at edge. Probably the position with the least amount of natural game changing talent on our defense, and maybe the team? Vasek is the only one in that current edge group that shows me any real long term potential, and he’s not anything that teams will have to plan around. Color me skeptical that we will ever get any sort of real production out of the rest of that current group. Simmons would start day 1. Makes me wonder if they’re going to have someone like Anthony Hill play at end out of position just to get him on the field. The only saving grace is that we’re stocked and ready on the interior and at LB and maybe that will open some things up for a subpar group at edge.
  18. Tonight at midnight we’ll start to see where this staff’s priorities are. The contact period starts this evening for the 25 kids.
