The Dead Don't Hurt, written and directed by Viggo Mortensen. It's a very slow burn Western, it's good but don't expect it to be a Western action movie. It kinda reminded me of some of the background stories from the Lonesome Dove series regarding the tragedy of frontier life women had to endure.
About 16 years ago, I was recruited by Facebook. A recruiter from Facebook reached out, and I said I was interested, but their hiring process required that I either have a Facebook account or create one.
My response.

Go Spurs Go! Fuck the Rockets!
Watched the game at a local establishment with the GF tonight. Spurs win, had a quickie in her Escalade afterward. By the way, the Spurs court for the tournament was fucking badass.
This reminds me of a story a buddy told me about 12 years ago, He said he showed up at the Guadalupe just south of the damn right after sunrise to do some fishing and went to his spot and there was a little girl fishing about 6/7-year-olds by herself sitting near the water fishing alone, and she waved at him when he walked up. He said he looked around and didn't see any sign of anyone else there and said "Nope" and walked off back to his truck and left. His last words on the story were, "I'm pretty sure she was a kid ghost."
I actually called Frost Bank time recently. I was having an issue with my phone and wanted to test an outgoing call but didn't want to actually call a contact. So I dialed the only number I still remember which is Frost Bank lady.
Now if someone remembers the Donkey Lady number please post it here.
Several years ago, posters were calling for Terry Joseph to be fired too. Then after our secondary matured, our defense became elite and now Terry is coaching in the NFL. Akina has been here less than a year, and we have a roster full of young DB's and the same pattern is repeating.
I did some SOC/DFIR consulting at Verizon in the past. Without going into the details, I will say that the type of monitoring that they were implementing was far beyond what most of my other customers were doing. In my experience I would say AT&T has there shit together too.
Agree with the last part. A mandated framework will not only make the unwilling responsible but it will provide guidance for the smaller organizations. A security framework work and standard controls forces organizations to remove all the low hanging fruit.
